What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness from out AM and the constant development makes the platform great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like the way the platform works and it makes operations more efficient!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is solving the problem of data centralization and is allowing projects to be viewed holistically in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is user-friendly and intuitive. The amazing support from the Rocketlane team is the cherry on the cake.

The ability to create projects by simply using a pre-defined template or automating the whole process of sending automated updates to the customer stakeholders is brilliant!

They not only provide you with a tool but guide you well towards making each implementation a great experience for your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Rocketlane primarily for onboarding customers onto our platform. Our main challenge was lack of collaboration with the customer and lack of visibility to all the stakeholders around the project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, user-friendly and better than other project management tools that I've used. The customer-facing portal is a game changer as it increases transparency and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as yet. The product and support experience has been superlative!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps us provide a seamless and delightful onboarding experience to our customers. It ensures everyone involved in a project (including stakeholders on the customer side) has proper visibility and information to move the project across the finish line in time.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane's platform for onboarding clients delivers the right level of information to customers. What do you like best about the product?
I like that Rocketlane is an affordable alternative to other onboarding tools out there .
What do you dislike about the product?
No native Hubspot integration, although I think that is changing soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping us to standardize and monitor our client onboardings. This will help us to work more efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Rocketlane for months now, and I'm really impressed with the results. It has made it so much easier to bring new customers on board, and it has helped streamline our onboarding process.
One of the things I really appreciate about this tool is that it's incredibly user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, so I didn't need any training to get started. The tool also provides a lot of helpful guidance and resources, which have been invaluable in helping me optimise our onboarding process.

Nothing as yet. It's been a smooth sail so far, and the support's been great.

I'm able to create tailored onboarding experiences for different customer segments, which has helped us to deliver a more personalised experience for our clients. The tool also provides a lot of flexibility in terms of how we structure our onboarding process, which has allowed us to adapt and improve our approach over time.

What do you like best about the product?
I can check all the tasks on one dashboard and can view them in tabular or linear view. All the stakeholders have a clear understanding of project timelines and task status.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX could be unique instead of following industry trends. It should include more stages and templates to refer to. So that we can compare our process to other processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, Client Onboarding, and Task Management. I am now managing my tasks on rocketplane, getting notified about my due date, and clients are informed about the timelines.
