What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect is the seamless integration with CRM and tracking all projects at one place and to make sure they are moving rightly without any bottlenecks
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. There haven't been issues which are very important at this point and we would like to grow with. One thing would be get feedback directly from Rocketlane
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us solve most of the onboarding issues from project management perspective and tracking progress of the accounts that are up from onboarding perspective

What do you like best about the product?
The communication with our clients is easily improved once we add them on a Rocketlane project. Some will even prefer to use this tool over other communication apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a year of using Rocketlane, there really isn't anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our associates handle multiple projects with multiple clients at the same time, Rocketlane helps us having each of them organized and gives us a glance of their current state.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Rocketlane is to use.We were able to set this up really fast and it is a must-have tool for managing your projects
What do you dislike about the product?
A few more customizations would be really helpful. For example -

1) Ability to change the colour scheme for the customer portal.
2) Support for a few more integrations( example: Click up)

Rocketlane has helped with-

What do you like best about the product?
Gave us the possibility to create a clear, structured, and professional onboarding process for our customers. The team has been very nice, and made sure we adapted the platform to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve user roles on the platform, but I trust that RL takes feedback and continues to improve accordingly.

Through Rocketlane we can guide customers how to implement our platform efficiently.

Much Appreciable Project Management Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
A good tool always makes the work more efficient for any company.
I was introduced to Rocketlane the day I joined my current company and worked with Rocketane right from setting up the tool.
The features I like are:
Dashboard- We created many charts and cards for every Manger's MRR, the number of projects handled by the manager and his team.
Notification- As an admin, I get to know which projects are getting updated
Files- Project-related files can be stored as a repository and are easily accessible.

It is really helpful for me as an only PMO to keep track of 200+ projects!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The status update section should be modified. Sometimes feels sending trackers to the client via email is more effortless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to keep track of 200+ projects together, helping to calculate Total MRRs and get regular views on the projects that need more work to get them billed.
We were able to have region wise , manger wise project views and updates very accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the tool helps streamline multiple phases involved in the projects and their related tasks and sub-tasks. Seamless integrations that are made ready, like Salesforce and Slack, and you watch out for real-time notifications that create strong visibility. A shared platform where you can add team members and customers who are given a magic link to access, thereby promoting a birds-eye view of E2E.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the software/tools. Holds a strong base, and I still expect the product to release more features that enable ease of use on the go and have a hands-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been dealing with extensive processes that usually go unnoticed, and things were missed, or we couldn't track the set due dates. Now that we're happy to use Rocketlane, things are controlled more efficiently, from onboarding to going live and adding dependencies, referring to the documents and everything in the same window.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, amazing customer support and faster resolution to new requests and/or product issues. Giving you more than one :)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. All features are excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane provides the ability to create the organization level visibiility on multiple programs running across regions, thereby making decision making more data-oriented and removing the dependency on people. Further it provides the users to plan and execute projects with clearly ownership on deliverables and track milestone dates with ease. The ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internal and external is seamless and makes project delivery mesurable.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy and insightful and technical plus you can comment and return to add more stuff, easy to keep track of ongoing tasks and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i miss something Email should trigger as a reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees can now update their time sheet in no time and thus helps in keeping track of progress at individual level.

The ease of use, simplicity of the interface and the valuable and useful features that Rocketlane provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I should be easier to create a dependency-driven plan using the timeline view.

Providing task-based work assignments to our clients has been invaluable in driving engagement, work completion and ease of use. We have been able to drive onboard down from over 30 days to 6 days.
