Joveo <> Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, it helps people who don't have a pen and paper to note to-dos. It helps automate and reminds us of tasks that need to be done on time. It has a simple UI and is not very complex to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a harsh word to use on a product that helps us every day. If there was something that I felt could have been better, it is maybe that the UI response rate is not the fastest, though manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits of Rocketlane is surely the fact that I don't have to mail customers on the smallest of things. The chat option on the task drawer helps a lot in getting small queries answered that too instantly sometimes.

A good onboarding platform with a lot potential
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is straightforward to navigate and self-explaining. The user experience from the project-lead to the customer perspective is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs here, and there that need some fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It´s effortless to create a new project plan and commit the customer to deadlines.
Onboarding Tool to directly collaborate with customers
What do you like best about the product?
I feel Rocketlane is great to really collaborate with the customer. I like the overview page where you see all relevant details e.g. blocked or late tasks and can therewith directly interact with the customer to make sure everything can be done in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can see it´s fairly new. Sometimes a few features that would help us even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our onboardings transparent and easily accessible to customers.
Great tool for Onboarding Customers
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is easy to use, the Onboarding experience is great and the team are always available to listen to product ideas and to help and guide.
From a customer point of view, the different views of project plans and the ability to communicate with our end customers via the platform is excellent.
Reporting is good too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the only thing I can say I dislike is the lack of comprehensive survey capabilities at the end of a delivery. However, the team have listened to feedback and will consider this for their roadmap

Amazing Onboarding platform that makes the Implementation lifecycle easier
What do you like best about the product?
1) The best thing about Rocketlane is that it's easy to create Customer onboarding templates. I used to use and create multiple google sheets earlier. Rocketlane had made my life much simpler. Templates can be easily reused.
2) Collaborating with clients for Project plans - Easy to share a lot of collaterals and project plans using Rocketlane.
3) Tracking the amount of time I spend on each of my tasks - Easy to use and track.

Ease of usage can be improved a bit more.

A very useful collaborating tool creating synergy between teams and increasing overall efficiency

Certain monotonous tasks needs to be resused or automated. Filters or settings should be copied.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface which is intuitive and easy to explain to the stakeholders. The project plan depictions as gnat and task lists are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a while to get used to the platform, but once you get used to it, it is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project visibility across stakeholders was something that we lacked before and customers didn't have a Birdseye view of the project status which Rocketlane helped us solve.
Preferred Implementation & Onboarding Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane provides my team with the transparency and collaboration tools I need in order to concurrently manage all of our projects. We use Rocketlane for internal and external onboarding and implementation of our service. It allows us to have one source of truth with the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Rocketlane is newer to the space, some of the features (while helpful and a step in the right direction) can be confusing to use. They have great learning resources and Care team which eliminates this concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have struggled in the past to use a project management tool for our specific service onboarding with customers. We want to have a single place for all tracking of tasks, conversations, and materials internally and externally. We've been able to change our workflow accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
The process has been seamless and organized after adopting Rocketlane for onboarding our customers.. the visibility at different phases gives us the flexibility to act according to the need of the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular so far. Things have been going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Platform to track all our onboarding activities with multiple client engagements. effectively tracking the resource task progress which is helping us take right decisions as we go through the process.
