Rocketlane has been amazing so far

What do you like best about the product?
We really like how easy it is to track all customer communications in one place without having to use various tools.
After using Rocketlane for customer onboarding we were able to track all the documents, tasks and communication in a single platform and it has made it easy to see the progress of each project and our customers love it
What was really helpful for the customers as they can always go back to the task page to track all the previous conversations without having to scroll through their inbox and the notification for the tasks due really helped us to stay on track with the project and follow up with the customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we change timelines for a particular task we have to manually update the dates on the subtasks which is a little time consuming but overall its a great product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we were growing we needed a tool to streamline our customer onboarding process and have to have a place to check the progress and status of all the projects

What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience with the Rockelane application. When searching for an application for our PMO, we reviewed several project management applications, Rocketlane kept coming up as the best for our needs. Client engagement, intuitiveness, and support are game-changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are still very early in the process, I don't have any dislikes at this point. The team at Rocketlane have been supportive through the deployment and have commited to using our feedback on specific enhancements. No show-stoppers yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative project management with the customer and ease of use to deploy our SaaS applications efficiently. The ability to oversee multiple projects at the same time are key.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rocketlane was developed specifically by Project Managers, so it provides my team all the necessary functionality to quickly set up collaborative projects with our clients. The personal care and support through implementation is fantastic. Comparing the experience with other PMO tools, Rocketlane is the clear choice

What do you like best about the product?
The team has been great during the sales process and onboarding. They walk the talk. I like how we can customize each project to match our client branding (or ours) to ensure the experience is seamless for the client during an engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform, if you don't commit to learning a product and including it in your onboarding program, you won't find impact. It is important to commit to a platform before you mention what you dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple projects at one time is challenging, especially when your team is growing quickly and globally. This platform helps us keep track of each project status in a more seamless way.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Collaborative tool , where the customer is engaged at every step of the implementation, instead of receiving boring Excel sheets with multiple rows of taks, the updates are realtime , attaractive dashboards are just a click away
2.The reporting feature is incredibly insightful, and whether it is tasks, updates or timesheets, multiple reports are available to cater to different requirements
3. Adopting Rocketlane is a no-brainer, any organization with customer onboarding should seriously consider using this product
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Freshsales is not entirely bullet-proof. Still, teething troubles are typical across all products, and the upside is that Rocketlane has a team of brilliant folks who are super quick to assuage your concerns. The icing on the cake is that they are super friendly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using static excel sheets, customers were happy to see dynamic real-time updates to tasks, and the chat feature is hugely popular. Engaging the customer through every step of the implementation process and the transparency is such a game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
Depth of the features. Re-usability through Object Storage.
Tracking and oversight over the milestones and deadline.
One-stop onboarding communication platform.

More integrations would be pretty helpful.

Transparency in the Onboarding Journey.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to implement and track. There are resuable templates
- Intuitive UI
- Allows all stakeholders to colloborate over chat on any granular level (overall project or task level)
- Helps reduce turn-around time
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the scope of improvement in some features—for example, tagging owners on a particular task.
Chats are a bit slow

Project manangement and visibility of current project status to all stakeholders and the management.
Now, we can track the progress on each project and identify how long it takes for each task/function.

What do you like best about the product?
There are various things which i like

- Just click on key "P", I can easily be at the Project page.
- One time design the project plan, and its easy to implement in all the project
- Create documents and attached
- Most important, i have private space to discuss with my team on the project, which is not visible to my client
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as of now which i dislike but yes i want more charts & reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Project Tracking is simple
- Timesheet with approval matrix is good
- Overview of the project is exciting along with the delayed task
- Download option of the project plan in excel and PDF is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
That everything is at the birds-eye view. The communication with the client is direct and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets unclear on tracking the user journey. Like for me, it is confusing whether I need to create a task first or the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we were facing before rocketlane was that the communication with the client was scattered.
And the documentation was also not in place.

The benefits Rocketlane came with was a one-stop destination for all the problems.

Smart Customer Onboarding Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I have built the onboarding processes from scratch in my organization. And with time, I realized that my conversations and communications are all over the place with global clients. Having emails as the primary channel, clients always wanted a quick chat option for their queries and hence they will opt for hangout chats/rooms, skype chat, WhatsApp msgs, SMSes, slack groups, etc. With over 50+ onboarding every month, it's overwhelming to address questions on all these channels all day long. And skimming through the conversation that I had 2 months ago was the biggest challenge.
With Rocketlane's instant chat feature, now everything is in one place. It makes both me and my clients happy to have all things in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane had been very accommodating with our feature requests and I am sure they will continue to build more as we grow together. There is nothing that I dislike yet, but definitely a scope of improvement in some features, like a group edit option on the dashboard console to add project details. Or an in-built survey option partnered with survey monkey or Typeform would be great, as NPS is a key OKR for Customer Success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is saving time by helping me manage a lot of documentation and client conversations. It is also very UI UX friendly, hence easy to use. It helps me manage my teams' tasks, by giving me a clean view on their progress. The reminders help me on track with upcoming overdue.
