Amazing Onboarding platform that makes the Implementation lifecycle easier

What do you like best about the product?
1) The best thing about Rocketlane is that it's easy to create Customer onboarding templates. I used to use and create multiple google sheets earlier. Rocketlane had made my life much simpler. Templates can be easily reused.

2) Collaborating with clients for Project plans - Easy to share a lot of collaterals and project plans using Rocketlane.

3) Tracking the amount of time I spend on each of my tasks - Easy to use and track.

4) Their amazing Customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of usage can be improved a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project plan/ Collaboration with clients, time tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps us to keep our tasks short and simple and easy to track.
Real-time visibility of data and metrics seen. Way better and user friendly than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain monotonous tasks needs to be resused or automated. Filters or settings should be copied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Micro-Management and speedy closure.
Greater visibility and timely intervention

What do you like best about the product?
The interface which is intuitive and easy to explain to the stakeholders. The project plan depictions as gnat and task lists are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a while to get used to the platform, but once you get used to it, it is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project visibility across stakeholders was something that we lacked before and customers didn't have a Birdseye view of the project status which Rocketlane helped us solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane provides my team with the transparency and collaboration tools I need in order to concurrently manage all of our projects. We use Rocketlane for internal and external onboarding and implementation of our service. It allows us to have one source of truth with the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Rocketlane is newer to the space, some of the features (while helpful and a step in the right direction) can be confusing to use. They have great learning resources and Care team which eliminates this concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have struggled in the past to use a project management tool for our specific service onboarding with customers. We want to have a single place for all tracking of tasks, conversations, and materials internally and externally. We've been able to change our workflow accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
The process has been seamless and organized after adopting Rocketlane for onboarding our customers.. the visibility at different phases gives us the flexibility to act according to the need of the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular so far. Things have been going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Platform to track all our onboarding activities with multiple client engagements. effectively tracking the resource task progress which is helping us take right decisions as we go through the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Very nice look of the portal, professional, user firendly, logical layout, good navigation, self-explanatory. Easy to invite customers and share project plan and project activities, great overview on the timelines!
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some features and needs more development/enhancements:
1) Need to build in the tool the view of orginially planned project dates vs actual dates, so you can see the gap.
2) Status reports need to include project overview graphics, status report needs to be exportable
2) Status reports need to be emailed also to PM with an option for customers to reply to the report email that comes to PM.
3) Would be nice to add Project Action tracker functionality where Project action items will be captured in one sheet/table and updates can be made by PM and customer.
4) Need to set up Filter to search Project by PM.
5) Time sheet functionality can be improved: to add edit option for activities created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RocketLane helps to share with customers project status, project plan, and all related activities. Keeps customer and PM on track, provides access to latest project status, reminds of due tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of handling project timelines and have complete overview of project timelines and task aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now as Rocketlane is evolving and there is definitely a lot more in store for us. Little more automation where required will make the tool super powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved is customer engagement where they have complete visibility on the project timeline and tasks aligned. Same are the benefits because the progress can be tracked both ways keeping the overall project plan intact

a) Couple of essential features missing ie., integration with other Project Management and Issue Tracking services
b) Editing a "Template" and Customising the Timeline

Our biggest problem of Onboarding and keeping a track of the actionable items is taken care by RocketLane, which helps us completing a Sprint effectively

All in one, easy and simple customer onboarding tool for Customer Success teams

What do you like best about the product?
1.) Ability to create a checklist for customer onboarding. Factors.AI being a marketing analytics tool, the onboarding process involves integrations, data validation, data setup, verifications, etc. Without Rocketlane, we ended up using Sheets which was a hassle and prone to errors

2.) The Kanban board view for tasks and the ability to co-assign tasks to customers brings in accountability and visibility to the entire customer success process.

3.) Creating milestones and grouping tasks under a milestone for the onboarding process

4.) Inbuilt NPS scoring

5.) Creating templates for documents in shared spaces: This helps our clients access all our integrations/product documentations, minutes of meetings for all weekly call and notes in a single place.

6.) And lastly, awesome customer onboarding and service for using Rocketlane: Anirudh has been very helpful and addressed all of our questions within a couple of hours
What do you dislike about the product?
Not something I dislike- but it would be great if the changes/updates to templates could reflect in the older projects associated with those templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.) Removing room for errors in the onboarding checklist
2.) Bringing in visibility and accountability for the customer onboarding process
