What do you like best about the product?
I was immediately drawn to Progress Chef because of its effortless implementation process. Additionally, the abundance of features that cater to both basic and advanced needs significantly contributes to its popularity within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small issue I have with Progress Chef is the initial feeling of being overwhelmed by its numerous features. It might be helpful for new users if there was a guided tour or a categorized list of features to make it more manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By offering automation and consistent deployment tools, Progress Chef has alleviated many of the challenges we faced in software delivery. The result? Faster release cycles and higher confidence in our outputs.

Some parts of Progress Chef might appear a bit complex. If those sections were streamlined, it would be easier to navigate. Simplifying things a little could greatly improve the flow of navigation. Overall, it is a good tool, but trimming down and simplifying certain areas could enhance the user experience.

Troubleshooting cookbook errors. Logs are difficult to read. Installing agent process is a tedious work.
