Ability to build re usable assets that can be used by mutiple business groups.
Ability to monitor traffic inbound and outbound

What do you dislike about the product?

Data is available only for 3 months. Sometimes we need to look up data that is more than 3 months old.
The anypoint studio is very heavy client . I wish the studio was available on the browser.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use MS AP for all integration needs. We have many APis implemented on Mulesoft now . These are running in production environment

Complexity of enterprise ecosystem, disparate end points , many patterns and then above all management of assets . It helps at every point

What do you like best about the product?

I have been using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for the past 6 years, and it has never disappointed me. I appreciate that it is a unified portal where I can build, test, deploy, and govern APIs for demo purposes, self-learning, or even client projects. It avoids the need to log into multiple portals for these tasks. The platform is great for deploying APIs and applying several policies on them. It helps my team and me with daily monitoring of integrations, which is crucial in our roles, as it clearly states the API status so we can act on time to keep the business running smoothly. The rate limiting policy has been particularly beneficial in cutting down unnecessary API hits, thus preventing them from coming down. I also find the Anypoint Code Builder, API Manager, and Runtime Manager valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the access to MuleSoft RPA and MuleSoft Composer wasn't easy to get. I wanted to get hands-on experience with these tools, and having access on a free trial basis would make it easier for mentors to use them well. Also, people hesitate to switch to MuleSoft due to its high costs.

I use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to avoid logging into multiple portals, making it easier to build, test, deploy, and govern APIs. It helps my team monitor integrations effectively, ensuring timely responses to maintain business operations.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how MuleSoft Anypoint Platform has evolved over the past 8 years, especially after the Salesforce takeover, with many features available on Salesforce making it more versatile. The platform helps me generate integrations with systems, expose services, APIs, and agents, and govern them all in one place. I appreciate the various services such as monitoring and visualization which provide timely alerts and relevant KPIs for multiple customers. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, especially with CloudHub 2.0.

What do you dislike about the product?

The old pricing model has definitely raised a few eyebrows, and the forced upgrades to different versions don’t go well with various organizations. The upgrades to the MuleSoft runtimes cost clients a huge dollar amount, and there should be an automated upgrade tool for all flavors, including PCE and Gov Cloud.

I use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API, agents, and MCP management and discovery, and it helps manage integrations, expose services, and govern them in one place. It offers monitoring and visualization, providing timely alerts and relevant KPIs for clients.

I like that MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is a full-featured platform with whole lifecycle management for APIs, including external APIs, enterprise-wide agents, and data integrations. It's easy to set up, especially with the support of well-defined playbooks and best practices. I also appreciate that the platform is ahead in adopting the latest technology capabilities.

I use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect siloed business processes and manage Enterprise Integration, providing full lifecycle management for APIs and data integrations.

What do you like best about the product?

This is the organization of the platform. I really like the fact that the platform is flexible, the control plane and the runtime plan work well, and the possibility to host them yourself if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only things I would propose to improve are the entitlement; I find that the licenses are too accessible and in the runtime manager, the management of schedules for certain modules like the SFTP.

I like that MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is a low code platform with a drag and drop, fast forward approach, making my integration work between UI and backend using Java as pass-through efficient. I appreciate having a single place for managing, governing, and monitoring, which brings less chaos and more efficiency, as I don't have to search multiple portals for one API. The initial setup was easy peasy.

I integrate the UI with backend using Java easily with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as a low-code, drag-and-drop tool. It centralizes management, governance, and monitoring, reducing chaos and increasing efficiency without needing multiple portals for APIs.

What I Iike most Mulesoft Anypoint Platform is its API-led connectivity approach,which makes it much easier to integerate different systems and applications without building custom connections from scratch each time.The visual flow design and reusable connectors save me significant development time.

One aspect of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform that could be improved is its pricing model, which can become expensive as integration needs scale, especially for smaller teams or organizations.
