Great integration tool
What do you like best about the product?
A Powerful tool to build API to integrate my systems. The API language is not so easy to learn but when you learn about it you can build almost every system interface they provide you the runtime plane to deploy it and monitor it. You can build reusable components and also they provide you with some built-in connectors that you can use in your application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is high. You have to learn about RAML and then how to build applications on the Anypoint Studio. It's a complex tool not easy to use. So for simple integration task maybe is not the tool recommended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could unify my legacy systems providing different interfaces that are easily built into the Anypoint Platform. They provide me with cloud integration, monitoring and data analytics, security tools, scalability, and flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most powerful capabilities of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is its ability to manage the entire lifecycle of your API, from creation to deployment, both on-premises and in the clouds. , earn money and try it all from the same platform1. MuleSoft Anypoint Platform's ability to provide designers and developers with pre-built connectors and tools to create custom connectors is another advantage. Additionally, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform can be easily extended and integrated with the most popular CI/CD2 DevOps systems. The product has good security features, including user and group management and policy management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the problems expressed by users with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform are as follows:
It does not provide the API level information that modern users need.
Version control issues prevent users from rolling back to previous versions
Cost is high for some customers.
To use it correctly, one must be smart and handle hard work.
Not compatible with some older devices and web SOAP is one of the connectivity limitations. There are some issues with security and performance when dealing with complex integrations or large files.
It does not provide the API level information that modern users need.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Mulesoft Anypoint paltform is at one place we can get everything which is used for Rest api ,like API Management, Server Management Application Management, secure file management everything.
Through this we can get almost all types of connectors in Exchange which we can use and do the implemenation easily.
Customer support is also good .

What do you dislike about the product?
I have almost worked 5-6 years on Anypoint Platform for integartion and didnot find dislike related to implemenation and customer support , One thing i can say just Cost is little much high .

We are using Mulesoft Anypoint platform for integrating salesforce , Database and migrating lagacy system to cloud base.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a platform that brings enterprise scale integration capability that is fast to adopt. The pre-built connector library provides a vast array of options to connect to systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to build initial assets that can then be re-used. Expect that first integrations take slightly longer and that development timeframes reduce with more assets developed as they can be reused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to reusabity it brings scale fast. By sharing similar payloads across multiple systems we have seen significant cost reductions for customers compared to other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Agility, security, API best practices, plug-ins, accelerators. Those are the key and best aspects we experienced with Mulesoft. Before Mulesoft we used to think in integrations point to point and now we discover the power of API-led layers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration proceed to trailhead was too complicated to us, we had to talk with our customer succeeds manage, she helped us but it took several weeks to resolved the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and API governance problems, we used to have so many issues about time to develop, to governance security and standards. Now a days all of these problems are resolved with MuleSoft.
