I love the composability aspect that enables us to efficiently reuse APIs and save on development and admin cost.

I would like to see features such as Anypoint MQ enabled with the default subscription.

It is helping us build a CRM/BI ecosystem. This is making the change management much easier and is giving us long term security
MuleSoft is one of the best automation tools available

Mulesoft is able to help organizations to consistently deliver excellent customer experiences by allowing integration of business-critical enterprise applications. With the addition of AI and Hyperautomation, MuleSoft will enable enterprises to do much more in a lote less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uncertain at this time. Though as I discover a limitation based on the use case, I will present it to Salesforce with the hope the product team will have a recommendation for overcoming it.

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is helping to solve the challenges in integrating disparate systems within the enterprise, and improving efficiencies using automation. The best part is that we can accomplish this with no/low code approaches. The benefit is high productivity and scalability to mee customer needs.

Mulesoft creates options for businesses to choose what software provides the best solutions for their needs buy providing a way for disparate systems to communicate.

It is highly configurable, but in some instances users have to make individual setting changes to each item, which can be a slow process if you have a complex interaction.

Mulesoft has provided a way for our dealership to modernize the user experience but retain our ultra-stable system of record in the background. As a result we can meet certain OEM requirements and ensure data history while at the same time, bringing the user experience into the modern day.
