Simple and Easy - Saves Time for System Admins!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use. Dataloader.io in my opinion is much easier to use versus APEX Dataloader. The UI is also more friendly and easier to navigate. Even with a large bulk load, Dataloader.io updates into Salesforce much quicker compared to APEX Dataloader.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited to update up to 10,000 records per month for the free account. You can also upgrade to 'unlimited' records to update a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass updating and importing data into Salesforce versus going through a manual process of updating per record. Saves much more time for backend/Sales Ops.
