What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool acknowledge real problem and I have found this is the best tool in the internet, It has great information mentioned and makes it easy to integrate with any platform, Customer Support is also really active and always there for help.
I have increased my frequency of usage to explore more in details about this tool.

It's utilized by our integration team to resolve business problems, specifically integrating legacy systems to Salesforce with various other Banking and Insurance functionalities.

We can easily design, publish, deploy, and monitor the APIs on a single integration platform with a user-friendly interface. Also, it's very easy to understand and learn it.

The cost of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform is high, but it's a very useful integration platform.

Easy, Fast and efficient Development.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of development it comes with. Mulesoft helps kill the complexity and saves alot of time with the connectors it provide. I was able to create ETLs and connect my applications smoothly with minimal custom additions to handle huge volume of data transfers. This would have been a little bit more complicated to acheive with other alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The anypoint IDE still have some bugs and issues that I would like to get addressed over time. It gets crashed or hang when testing applications in Local after a period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It kills the complexity and saves time by providing a lot of connectors out of the box. For example if you need to make an HTTP request then using mulesoft you could do that by putting in the right configurations and the rest will be taken care of by mulesoft. From db connections to pooling profiles it handles everything. And even if the project has some unique requirements, you can create a custom connector easily using java and import it. Its really capable of handling huge amount of data transfers and processing with simple designs and dataweave code.

*Mulesoft Anypoint Platform need proper training and learning tutorials for new users .
*For smaller and start-up bussinesses the cost of platform is much higher.

Easy to learn Integration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is an easy-to-learn Integration Platform where managing the whole API lifecycle can be done from a single platform. You can design your APIs using RAML which is very easy to understand and then you can develop APIs using Anypoint Studio and perform testing. Applying policies to multiple APIs is also very easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier we were able to create flows in Platform using Flow Designer rather than developing in Studio. That functionality is now removed. Although API Builder is now available but it is a bit difficult to learn as it works on XML rather than UI for dragging connectors.

Managing the life cycle of multiple APIs in one place is now easier by using Mulesoft

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the MuleSoft Anypoint platform. It is effortless to implement the flow that you will use to deploy & manage your application. In case of any issue, their customer support service is also outstanding. It provides numerous features but I liked the way it integrates with the third party apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using it for various purposes like deploying & different configuration of our web services But we haven't faced any issues till now.

It is helping us to integrate to different system & managing our web services.
