The Best Analytics Console for dealing with large volume of user base.
What do you like best about the product?
The CleverTap is an amazing tool that i used and workin on many applications, for increase application's visibility on online platform and also increase interaction from application via notifications and targeting user specific to their behavioural pattern. The customer support is also very responsible and handling the situations with ease. the frequency of use is also great when working with bulk crowd and dealing with millions of user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup, sometimes be a tidious process for the fresher to integrate the process and also, integrated implementation might create a issue realted to native code in case of android, and might need additional integration of notification for different brand available in android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CleverTap play an critical role in mapping the user interactions and help us learn the interaction scenarios between user and application interaction, also it help us sharing the notification related to their ideal recommendation.

CleverTap as an analytics tool is very much helpful to understand user behaviour.
What do you like best about the product?
1) As CT SDK integration in an app tracks individual user's end to end joureny , it is much simpler for business to focus and constant improvement in key areas.
2) Also, CleverTap allows to send push notification campaings , it is easier and helpful to retarget users which in turn helps in increasing app engagemnet.
3) Most important thing about CT is , you can target a segemt of users from a large pile of users engaging in an app.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one disadvantage I can think of , is , CT doesn't allow multiple level of filters during campaign setup .
e.g. If I want to send a push notifiaction to user who launches my app and does any transaction , and suppose it got failed due some api downtime in app . Then in user who does condition i can apply filter as "app launch" and in "user who does not do " condition i can only apply transaction condition , though I want to apply 2 level filtering ,first is "tranction" and second level "success" .
I can't do this in CT as of now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me , CT is solving a problem of remarketing , due to this feature I can increase Daily Active users (DAU) as well as Monthly Active users (MAU) of the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics dashboard. It is so much better than what we had before. The customer support team was very helpful with onboarding and helped us work out problems along the way and even after onboarding. The tool is pretty user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only struggles have been the learning curve of switching platforms. We've noticed a few differences but for the most part all positive expereinces.

It is helping help to better target our audience by allowing us to have better segmentation. Also the analytics are helping us to have a better understanding of our users behaviors.
Clevertap - Great Platform for Customer relation management and Customer Retention
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has been an important tool for us in terms of retention and engagement strategy its capabilities for the Automated journey and in-depth functionality help us improve the communication and strategy with the customer. Its Advanced segmentation, campaign functionality, and real-time data help us better analyze customer trends. It's Anonymous tracking of the users on the website and the App track every event of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with clever tap is a little time-consuming and also the pricing can be better for small enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap helps us solve a lot of issue in helping us manage customer behaviour and detailed segmentation with functionalities like Events, Creating user funnel, Trends, Pivots, and Flows which gives us better insights in decision making with omnichannel like WhatsApp, web push, App push, sms, Emails. Additionally to all this the cohorts help us understand the customer pattern over multiple revenue channels and segmentation like RFM segments can help us treat customers based on the intentand it makes easy for the brand to optimize the marketing channel and remarketing strategy.

Clevertap has achieved greatly in template editing and customisations which allows users to be more creative and precise in their campaigns.

Easy to navigate, CRM tool with a plethora of services for Campaign management, with dedicated customer support and easy to implement campaigns and communications along with cohorting and segmenting

Has more scope of integration,and sometimes lags when overloaded with too much content.

End to end campaign management with proper segmenting for channel communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has a smooth and easy to navigate functions with dedicated space for analytics, campaign scheduling and management along with a plethora of channels to execute campaigns and it's always on the lookout with additions of up to date features and tools required as per market conditions. It is easy to implement with timely customer support and can be integrated with multiple other marketing softwares

Sometimes lags with over storage of data.

It helps with end to end campaign management and execution and helps plan out campaigns and segmentations

It has helped me more options and freehand in editing emails, more than HubSpot has. I like the extent to how much templates can be edited.

Integration is very easy with any 3 party tool and very easy to use

Some times the CSM replies very late, and the suppport team is bit slower
