Complex integration and setup, not very understandable. Lack of support in Spanish.
What do you like best about the product?
Although Buzz offers integration with HubSpot, in practice the synchronization does not always work correctly and often requires manual intervention, which results in a waste of time. Data validation could be improved, as errors or duplicate information often appear in the sequences. Additionally, the cost ceases to be competitive when considering the number of incidents and the limited support. The interface, although it seems simple, has several unintuitive behaviors that make daily use difficult. Overall, the tool did not meet our team's initial expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buzz could improve several key aspects. The process for adding, removing, or managing users is confusing and unintuitive, complicating team management. Data validation through social accounts, especially LinkedIn, does not always work consistently and often requires additional attempts or manual configurations. Additionally, the connection and setup of new accounts could be simplified, as it currently takes too much time. It would be very valuable to incorporate support in Spanish and more agile assistance, as communication with the support team in English can cause delays and misunderstandings. Overall, an improvement in usability and the stability of integrations would make a big difference in the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz allows me to integrate data automatically into HubSpot, saving my salespeople time and facilitating outbound prospecting with effective sequences.
Excellent Support and CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the support staff's insights on how to make the tool work even more efficiently. I have enjoyed the CRM functionality and found the contact information to be accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see a version of this roll out for branded LinkedIn pages.

It's saving me many hours of manual engagement work on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
After catching my own auto-renew, and complaining, and escalating to the Head of CS, and receiving an invoice even after asking repeatedly for a cancellation, they did finally cancel my licence and did not charge me for another year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please remind your customers that their renewal is coming up and ensure they are happy with the software before forcing them to complain.

It was helping me to expand my LI network and automate tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Buzz to be efficient and scalable for outreach, especially on LinkedIn, as it helps manage the complexity of engaging with numerous stakeholders. The dashboards are incredibly useful, offering insights into campaign performance and interactions, which drive curiosity and lead potential customers to our services. I also appreciate how well Buzz integrates with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, alongside our email system, creating a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find quite a lot of complexity in building campaigns and determining what works or doesn't. It requires a lot of experimentation and takes time to get results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Buzz to streamline outreach efforts, effectively connecting with prospects on LinkedIn. It simplifies managing complex stakeholder information, making the process more efficient and scalable with fewer resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see the metrics in the various campaigns. Being able to assess how they are performing and make adjustments. My AE Pro Maria H is a great fit for this role. I am super busy, but she stays persistent and proactive. I feel like she wants us to win!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot integration is problematic. That is a huge piece for us and without it we have a lot of manual work.
I think once you have the video courses up that will be helpful. I am a visual learner so engaging with video content is how I learn best.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take advantage of the limited amount of time I have to connect with leads on LinkedIn. We also have limited connection requests so we need to maximize them. Buzz helps us to find the right ICPs, test new potential ICPs, and get results fast. This is a way we can do R&D and business development at the same time. Our KPI is meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how buzz does all the work for me when it comes to outreach, leaving my job easier and able to spend time on other projects. The customer support is always exceptional and readily available when I have questions or concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i don't like is when I go to Buzz.com and click sign in, it opens a new webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz reaches out to specific individuals that my company is trying to reach. They can collect our ideal customer profile and do the work for me and send the messaging out without me having to spend hours on it.

Their support team and competitive pricing makes it a GO-TO for our customers.

At the beggining understanding all of the steps that you can implement in your campaigns will take some time, you need to leverage their support team to get the best out of the system.

Buzz allows us to help our consultants target more people with their campaigns, grow their networks and also build connections with likeminded individuals in LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Buzz is how simple and efficient it is to launch a campaign and let it run without constant oversight. It takes the heavy lifting out of outreach, so I can focus on what I love most — building real, meaningful connections with potential partners and prospects. Buzz saves me time and keeps my pipeline active without the usual stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
At one point, the platform was noticeably slow, which made campaign management a bit frustrating. However, since their recent server upgrades, the performance has improved significantly. It’s clear the team is listening to user feedback and actively improving the product — which I really appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz is solving the time and energy drain that comes with manual outreach. Before, staying consistent with follow-ups and outreach meant hours of effort or hiring extra help. With Buzz, I can automate those processes without losing the personal touch. It keeps my pipeline warm, ensures no lead falls through the cracks, and lets me focus on closing deals and building relationships — not chasing emails. It’s a huge win for productivity and growth.
