Hootsuite is a fantastic tool – I’d give it a solid 9/10. It’s streamlined my social media work, keeping all my platforms organized and making it easy to stay on top of scheduling.
Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and quick to solve any issues, which has really helped smooth over any minor setbacks. Overall, it’s a reliable, nearly perfect tool with a few quirks – but the great support makes up for it!

Occasionally, Hootsuite stumbles: scheduled posts sometimes don’t publish perfectly, and the reporting can be slightly off, especially when I need precise statistics.
