Convenience in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like the centralization of my sites! It makes it so much easier than posting the same thing repeatedly on different social media sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use some work. It is clunky and not always intuitive. The idea of streams vs. tabs makes sense to people acquainted with social media, but for new users, it might be intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is efficient and I don't have to spend all day on 3-4 different sites.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set unique streams for specific sources of contact and being able to engage directly from the platform & note each engagement internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult and clunky to assign tasks to other team members and there is no easy way to discuss specific interactions within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see multiple input sources in one place has made it much more efficient for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool, that allows you to manage your social media accounts as well as monitor social media mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX and UI feels a bit outdated. I highly recommend them to updWeate the interface. It's also sometimes hard to find the right buttons/items that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Waste Industries, we use it to monitor our Twitter account as well as to keep updated when people use keywords or branded phrases that relate to our services.

That everything is aggregated together and easily accessible
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly hard to find things sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports, particularly for Facebook, made it easier to analyze data.

being able to schedule in advance social media posts, especially when i need to post more than once about a topic

i dislike that we cannot post to instagram

How easy it is to post multiple articles and content online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of the program. It is still kind of slow.

It is easier to plan marketing campaigns in a weekly manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are ways to monitor nearby posts, as well as those that have interacted with our brand all in one place. There is also the scheduling that is very helpful. I also like that the analytics allow us to show the higher-ups how influential social media is, with numbers. Some people don't quite get the fuss behind it and the necessity of putting money behind our ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way that it would auto-post to Instagram, instead of having to go in manually. But it is helpful that the caption and photo are easily accessible. My dislikes aren't many, I am actually very impressed with this programming. There is always more to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working to solve the issue of a lack of social media presence, with consistency and interactive posts. The benefits have been very clear when it comes to looking at the posts happening around us and ones we can choose to engage in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool if you are willing to take the time to play with it and truly learn its ins and outs. In college, I took the course to become accredited in the Hootsuite University and it was so helpful - I definitely recommend doing that as well.

What do you like best about the product?
You can pre-schedule all of you social media posts out for the week or month which opens up time for you (or who the task is delegated to) to work on other more pressing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the link for an image, website or page remains visible after being embedded into a Facebook post. When posting directly on Facebook, you can paste the link and then delete to remove clutter while maintaining the embedded link in the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do social justice/food systems campaigning and marketing of our brand and Hootsuite allows us to do so in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts on several social media platforms, saves a lot of time! And the basic analytics is just enough for us to get a good understanding on what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much to complain about, its a useful tool to say the least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its timesaving so we can get more information out there quicker! They could have a cheaper pro model starting at like 5USD perhaps.

What do you like best about the product?
Made posting to multiple accounts super easy and saved me tons of time. The calendar feature helps me organize my posting and makes me confident in what my pages will look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is not as intuitive as I would like it to be. I struggle to find what I'm looking for, but once I do it's pretty easy to do it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME for sure! I only spend about 2 hours once a week on social media now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great to save yourself time with social media posting. Especially if its not what you are great at doing. Saves you time, gets it done.
