What do you like best about the product?
To be able to schedule out tweets in the future. Makes planning and organizing our content calendar seamless. I would recommend this platform for users who are looking for a content scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you cannot upload videos. Also uploading images with high quality does not always work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and content planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For time management and content planning yes I think Hootsuite is a great choice. For social media monitoring and listening I would not go with this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save time posting on various platforms with one click. Also scheduling ahead. I was able to schedule for the time there is most social media traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
accessibility and ease to understand how to use the site

I promote social media and Hootsuite has benefited me by providing the ability to schedule my posts accordingly for peak time

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to use Hootsuite. You can set up all your social media posts for the future and posts them on multiple platformss without having to go to each site individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be very careful on picking the right social media platform as sometimes it will automatically select them for you

It helps save A LOT of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking of all accounts to be able to see who is engaging with our online content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for the analytics side so we can see when to post, who's liking our posts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble tracking people interacting with our social media accounts and hootsuite has helped us do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think people should definitely use Hootsuite if they are not doing anything to monitor their online presence. Its a very good beginners tool.

I like to be able to organize all my posts. It helps when completing a strategy or concept.

It doesn't post automatically. I would like to be able to schedule posts that will be posted at a certain time.

Solving business problems through seeing what posts viewers like more and which ones they do not.

Be sure to have your notifications on so you are reminded when to post!

What do you like best about the product?
The website design makes it easy to see everything you have going at once. Very user friendly. The ability to shorten hyperlinks right below the text box is a great example of this user friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no complaints about Hootsutie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very small nonprofit with a minimal staff, and this allows us to schedule our whole Twitter for the day. The benefit is that staff are freed up after the morning to work on other projects.
