What do you like best about the product?
It's set up for group management. It has lists so you can monitor topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's clunky in interface + it doesn't automatically refresh as well as tweetdeck does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't understand this question.

Hootsuite allows you to manage multiple social media platforms in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes out of habit, I go straight to my Twitter page, or Facebook, and forget that I can use Hootsuite to do it all for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach a nationwide audience, rather than a regional one

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and allows users to publish scheduled content from multiple social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few things i dislike about Hootsuite. I think it is very easy to use but I have used a social media publisher before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled content publishing. Perfect if you create content for an account and want to post the content at a certain time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love their analytics the most. Specifically, I really like how I can export any analytics I choose to a PDF. It's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to track my clients' progress farther back than 35 days, so I think the analytics should be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines my process and it provides time freedom to both me and my clients. The huge benefit of using Hootsuite is that I can show my clients their ROI with me.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout, channels side by side and the ability to plan weeks in advance and have posts go live from Hootsuite
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to grasp at first but when you get more experienced the layout is easier to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time, being able to plan campaigns for clients in advance and get approval. If someone has to go on vacation or leaves the business, there is a template and a plan in place

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easily taught, and great free tool for non-profits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to schedule digs in platform. Analytics are not worth paying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-profit we are limited on resources; Hootsuite allows us to schedule content and remain active on social media without draining human capital or financial resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule out Twitter posts and Instagram
What do you dislike about the product?
the difficulty of adding photos to a bulk upload and the complications for pushing out instagram content (it makes you log into Instagram and approve and won't put things out automatically).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to write and schedule social media content for Twitter ahead of time rather than wasting time each day and scouring for trends, etc. I was able to do prior research and schedule and respond and post on a whim as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pick something that has better features when it comes to scheduling Twitter content with photos. Adding photos is a pain in the ass.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see the dashboard and all my social media in ONE place. I also really like using its Twitter scheduling platform better than Twitter's actual platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve at the beginning, but once you learn where everything is, it's all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME MANAGEMENT! Having to manage multiple social media platforms in a days time is consuming. Therefore, this gives me a one-stop-shop for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set up automated reporting features and also schedule posts on social media sites. This feature is fairly simple to do for multiple platforms. I also like that I can customize reports to match the analytics I am tracking, and can update these regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is pretty cumbersome and not intuitive. Sometimes posts that are scheduled do not go through. Some weeks I'll get data back from my reports and other weeks the reports don't show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me track social media statistics and set up social media posts in advance. I enjoy being able to track organic growth across platforms and see how my hyperlinks are performing on Twitter. I also like that I have credibility with non-marketing personnel and can show my value through the reports that are generated by Hootsuite, which are also easy to understand for non-,marketing employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time learning the product through the help section - it will help eliminate feature headaches that can come with not understanding how to do certain features, such as scheduled posts.
