Very Helpful for Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Makes scheduling tweets and Facebook posts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scheduled sends fail. If you want to schedule a video, it takes a long time to upload vs. the short amount of time it takes to directly upload the video to, say, Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach consumers around the world during times I personally may not be available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very useful for Twitter as Twitter currently doesn't have a scheduling feature.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is a tried and true social media scheduling and management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike scheduling Facebook posts through a third party, so I was only using it for Twitter, which meant I didn't get full benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts for different clients. HootSuite definitely helps with that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a powerful tool. It wasn't my personal preference, but I think that it definitely serves a good purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for almost 8 years. The program allows me to schedule content across several platforms & allows several staff members to contribute from other markets. I like being able to move the channels to adjust the view of streams, being able to see scheduled posts in chronological order and being able to switch easily across platforms & user accounts since I manage several accounts across several markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a little overwhelming/can get lost in the channels. I sometimes forget that I am looking at scheduled posts, versus posts that have already gone live. It would be nice to be able to color code the different streams and have a little more control over organizing them. It would also be nice to be able to set up parameters around what I am posting - for example: if I know I don't want to post more than 2 times per hour, have something flag me when I attempt to schedule a third post that hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule content is very important to the success of our events & campaigns. I can schedule content to reach fans in different time zones for contesting and target users in new ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple & effective, allows many users to contribute, able to share links and condense to not eat up characters, can monitor scheduled content flow, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Love Hootsuite. I used it for years. Great way to monitor several accounts and keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't crazy about the way they displayed links on Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made it much easier to monitor several accounts and schedule tweets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post to multiple social media platforms at once and toggle between my accounts. It makes it really easy to analyze what platform my organization is receiving the most interaction from. I also appreciate the feature on Twitter to shorten web links. The app is also extremely helpful when I am on the go and need to post a picture or send something out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hootsuite does not offer some of the same features that posting through Facebook offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me a lot of time from having to go to separate websites to post on so I can focus on the more important things.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule, add links, and media across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have run into errors when trying to edit a post or update a link without deleting and redoing the entire post.

Also, if you post anything to Instagram, needing to download the app onto the phone or device being used with Instagram and then posting from there is just a few extra steps in the process that makes things more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching customers and promoting organic content across all platforms. We are increasing followers and creating a platform for new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's auto scheduling feature is my favorite. It lets me set thing and move on to the next task without having to pause whatever I'm doing at a later point to post. It's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not totally in love with the fact that service is billed annually. I would much rather pay in a monthly basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a communicator it's important for me to be visible on social media and doing that along with keeping up with my RL job can be difficult. I also want to know how effective I'm being when I communicate online. Hootsuite has allowed me to save time in communicating online and has also helped me see what works and what doesn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite that worked for us was being able to manage multiple social media account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part is that there is no easy connectivity with Instagram, although that is an Instagram issue...not an issue with Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what is posted by the communications team and giving student workers a chance to post for us is great. Being able to approve or deny a post is great as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is a great tool to help monitor a business social account or handle multiple accounts under one window.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature for mass messaging across many platforms. I especially like that you can post to Facebook groups specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could post to Instagram. I don't like that they only have a reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a result of using this tool, I saved literal real time hours per day and was able to make money while living my home life with family.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! For social media management, it's really a hoot!
