What do you like best about the product?
I like the problem it's trying to solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The entire interface is totally unintuitive to me and looks completely awkward.

Hootsuite as an Aggregator
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's ability to allow me to clearly observe what students are doing on social media is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Hootsuite's lack of integration to some of the platforms we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying our online audience. it's much easier to see everything at once rather than the usual Twitter app.
Easy to automate and improve team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Team collaboration that lets teams delegate scheduling and approvals between various team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule Instagram posts, but that's due to the IG functionality - not Hootsuite!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and posting at optimal times has saved our team a lot of time throughout the week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a little effort to set up and customize the settings, but once you've established your account, using Hootsuite will save you so much time in the long run!
Easy to use and increases productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and is a great program for using several different platforms at once. It's a great program for being able to learn more about your followers / potential customers and their demographics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy. Every now and again a post won't appear as it was supposed to. I wish the app was easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made social media planning and posting very efficient. It takes the hassle out of planning and monitoring. Before using Hootsuite, social media was very time consuming and arduous.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very easy to use and it makes social media planning and posting manageable and scalable. It increased productivity for my company and has helped us understand our followers and potential customers much better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can plan out my month on Hootsuite and not have to worry about things going wrong. I have it connected to my phone so it's with me wherever I go, and there is just unlimited organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the process of posting instagram - it logs me out of all of my accounts that I am signed in to which is not fun to re-signin every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of user engagement - trying to get people to use our product daily, while connecting it with our social media so enhance the number of users on our platform. We also use this product to organize our monthly initiatives, so that we can see the published items we have set up across all platforms. I have realized that Hootsuite makes it easy to see how people are responding to our posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! If you are like me and need things to be organized in a day to day manner, Hootsuite will help you do it all, and efficiently!
Helpful for Scheduling Content in Advance
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to schedule content on various platforms as far in advance as you would like. This takes the stress of having to post to social platforms daily off the table.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there isn't a solid platform to schedule Instagram posts in advance. Not necessarily Hootsuite's fault, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps you organized and on schedule with your content.
Efficient and Effective Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps us manage our social media content and the big-picture narrative we tell, surrounded by complementary posts that we make
What do you dislike about the product?
With new social media plaftforms on the rise, I wish that Hootsuite could "hack" some of those and allow us to post/ schedule posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is not someone's full time job within our department, so it allows us to invest a solid block of time to set ourselves up for the week or month
Amazing Platfrom
What do you like best about the product?
This is an amazing platform that can help keep track of all social media outlets at once. It is very user friendly and I would recommend this to anyone that is networking/marketing on multiple social media outlets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been working with Hootsuite for a short time and I don't believe I have encountered any dislikes.

Social At a Glance
What do you like best about the product?
With Hootsuite all your social media is on one screen! With a couple of clicks I can post to all my social platforms at once and even schedule them. I recently went on vacation for a week and wasn't going to have internet access. I scheduled a whole week's worth of social media posts and scheduled them out so they fired off without me even being here. It was awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not support posting directly to Instagram

Having to log into multiple accounts and screens every day.
Bring your social presence into view
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy for me to create and time online content for posting throughout the week. As a small business owner, i am able to devote a few hours at some point during the week, and let Hootsuite automate and time my content to make the most impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is beginning to lack in update. It is also becoming increasingly easier to use specific social media outlets provided page managers. While Hootsuite serves me well, i could imagine moving my work more towards "FB page manager" and other programs of that sort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. Time. Time. Hootsuite has saved me time and enabled me to invest my emotional and mental capacity in other areas of my business. It also helps someone new to Social media understand how to best time and impact future contacts with my content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sharp learning curve, yet the functionality once you get the hang of it will help you immensely. It seems this organization is on top of things and continually is updating and creating a better product.
