What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage a large number of social accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to save high-performing posts and easily reschedule them. I also wish Hootsuite offered previews of how each post will look in feeds and on mobile vs. desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to manage a large number of social accounts and pre-schedule material efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Hoot Suite is easy to use and saves me time to so I get to the important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to figure out the software. Some things were particularly user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm responsible for the social media footprint of a state sponsored, university run, support provider for teachers attempting to gain National Board Certification. I primarily use the software to attract new candidates and keep current candidates up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of hoot suite. It's easy to navigate and see all your channels at once. They set it all up in columns so you can have, let's say, Facebook in the first column, Twitter in the second, LinkedIn in the third, and so on. Plus, you can have columns that reflect keywords. So for instance, I could have a column that shows all the Tweets containing "National Basketball Association," then another column shows all Tweets with "NBA" and another with "#NBA."
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you post videos and pictures through Hootsuite, they sometimes don't appear on your posts on Facebook and twitter. Additionally, it doesn't always find people when I'm trying to tag them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to quickly monitor all channels, as well as post to multiple channels at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have less than 3 social media accounts, just use the free version. If you have more, then pay for the subscription. If you're posting a lot, it's totally worth the annual cost - it's actually cheap compared to others.

Nifty tool to schedule social media posts

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the layout of this SAAS tool. All of our social media assets are present there and can be viewed on just one dashboard. That makes scheduling and monitoring campaigns easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The streams sometimes take time to refresh. It also seems to have issues with LinkedIn integration. The connection keeps getting lost and needs to be reconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is being able to post content to social networks without actually being physically present at the computer. Just schedule with Hootsuite and it takes care of the rest. That saves time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is together and easy to access. I love the idea of having one stop to do many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like this product and have no complaints or dislikes about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main goal is to elevate the social profile of our school district. We have a problem with letting parents and other stakeholders know about all the great things going on in our system. They always hear about and remember the bad stuff. Social media has given us the opportunity to improve our image by getting more positive information out and it easier to manage all the avenues from one spot
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with the free trial and make sure it's what you need, but I think you'll find that it is a great product.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can bulk schedule and make on the fly changes from my phone! Perfect for when you're on the go or working as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they gave you more analytic access. Each report costs, I only use them to report on certain platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hootsuite to manage our social media. The benefit of their dashboard and being able to organize, schedule out posts has been very beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great. I love the mobile app, the ease of scheduling out, their partner app suggestions is great to give outside suggestions and ideas for content. If reports are super important know you're going to pay for that. Their basics are pretty good but wish they gave you more especially when you have a paid account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you're able to schedule between all three social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and provides easy capabilities to tag. I think it's nice that the dashboard allows you to see everything in real time as well and also respond to anyone's issues via this area as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting end. Even for paid. You have to purchase and you can't see basic analytics such as clicks, impressions or engagement on all ends, which is available for free on Buffer. I think that this should be opened up more to allow people to track what they're sending out or people will use other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts on social media across multiple channels with multiple team members. It's easy to allow people to collaborate on this end and also the calendar makes it easy to drag and drop posts if they need adjusting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would not recommend unless it's just for free, simple scheduling and/or ease of use purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the most comprehensive social media suite we have used for all our clients at TECHMarket. For the past 5+ years, we have relied on Hootsuite to efficiently schedule and publish social media posts for Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook (Instagram and YouTube also available), as well as monitor markets. The set up is super fast and intuitive, and delivers an instant birds-eye view of your market for time-constrained executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team collaboration features are fabulous, once they are set up, but we have found the set up to be difficult without assistance from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite delivers a single platform to manage, monitor and analyze social media programs for multiple clients across multiple social networks. This enables us to efficiently amplify our clients' brands in the market. It also allows us to size up the pulse on any market very quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the free account and move to PRO when established and running.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that most of my social media platforms are all centralized in one place. Its a great time management tool also since you don't have to hop around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would give it a 10 if it allowed Instagram to connect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach our customers quickly and have even worked hootsuite into our contingency plan.

Easy to use multi platform software

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage various platforms at once means that the profiles I had to look after are all in one easy place and provides synergy between the accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little bit cluttered, however there are tools to avoid this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to provide consistent service across the platforms Hootsuite offered us a means of coherent synergy that really brought out online presence into a single line. I believe it demonstrates consistency not only to our customers but also within the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very simple to use but only really valuable if you're trying to manage at least 3 platforms at once otherwise it might be a bit unnecessary.
