What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to schedule social media posts across multiple platforms for multiple accounts. I enjoy the all-in-one view and the ease of using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform isn't all that useful to us because I am only managing two social media accounts and we only post once or twice per week. So scheduling a post in advance isn't important for us right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If the platform were more relevant to us, we would be saving time by not having to login to multiple social media accounts and copy and paste the same tweet, post, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to add multiple platforms to the one site, and post from all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it is not as easy to access from everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and multiple people posting to be able to post on all social media platforms at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and saves tons of time when needed to get a quick, multiplatform message out to all the audiacnes. I like how easy it was to all all of the social media websites and keep track of it all at one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
It was fairly straight forward / easy to use. Seemed to be very powerful, though I feel I only scratched the surface. The layout was easy to understand and most importantly it did what it said it would do, and then some.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifically about the service, I just found that it wasn't saving me too much time. I don't have any specific areas where I feel I can offer a place to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used hootsuite briefly to schedule posts for social media. I also looked around a bit trying to use it to find people posting about relevant topics to me, locally. It was great at what it did, but I found that scheduling posts didn't really help me in the long run. Ultimately that was what I was using it for most, and in turn it just wasn't worth it for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this makes sense for social media management if you are posting frequently, managing lots of accounts or things along those lines. It works great even if you are a smaller business, but specifically to me, I found that I didn't need to post all that often, maybe once every day or two, so it was easier for me to just schedule a post when I wanted it to go live, rather than in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can you write one update and it goes to multiple sites

You have to fit into all the correct categories, you always have to have a picture for Instagram or keep it short for twitter

It helps me to plan ahead for posts and updates on our social media sites. This way I don't have to constantly be on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Hootsuite gives me more control over the social media accounts I manage, but it also helps me understand the engagement with my posts - what's working and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to learn the ropes. Could be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what posts work best at what times with our audience. The ability to schedule posts in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Share on all social media platforms using one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes links do not attach to posts on Facebook. I have to go into the actual post and re-add the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are time saving and efficiency. What use to take an hour, now takes 15 minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It saves time! I encourage everyone to try.

Easiest Social Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see all of your social media sites in one place is very convenient and helpful. You can set up the site to post on your behalf at later times. It's very user-friendly and affordable, offering options for monthly or annual charges. I like being able to load everything at once instead of having to create new tabs within my browser to see each page. It only shows what you've set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like having all of my private account accessible from one location. I used this site before on the app because it seemed easier on my cellphone and took up less space. But I got nervous about giving access to my accounts and deleted it. The PC version seems a little nicer. Also, I'm not happy that the site can post "on my behalf," though it does offer different privacy options. You can set it to only be seen by you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in the newspaper and freelance world, it's nice to be able to keep up with what's being posted, as well as look at what I'm posting. I'm a newer user so I haven't tapped into all the "magic" that is available through this program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to have all of your social media platforms in one place, this is the program for you. It's a little tricky to set up completely -- starts off decidedly easy and then complicates a little. But it's a nice place to see everything in one place without having to load each website.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed using Hootsuite when I was building my Facebook walls (back in the day) it helped me to schedule posts to make the most of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I stopped using Hootsuite when I was noticing that they posts that I pushed out through Hootsuite were only being seen by a fraction of my fan base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized an increase in fan base through the use of Hootsuite

I'm sure by now the penetration onto feeds has improved since I stopped using Hootsuite
