Easily Manage Your Social Networks

What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite makes it easy to manage multiple Social Networks on one page. I use this product daily, and it is one of the easiest pieces of software to set-up and get going on!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish you could have up to 4 Social Networks managed for free. Other than that, the product is great, and I enjoy using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue before of an employee trying to post on each social network one-by-one, this has given us the ability to work faster and more efficiently when it comes to our social media
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Product is so easy to use and set-up, so really no recommendations on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple and clean look. It is very simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can not have it post to instagram for me but that's not hootsuites fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is allowing for us to have a social media tracking and scheduler that sends out post for our kidz social media accounts. This automated tool has made social media easy and simple.

Fantastic Ability to Manage Several Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of being able to manage several different social media efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky, and it really could use an update (namely to include active visualization within posts and to update the way Twitter handles character counts with links and images).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the age-old frustration of having multiple stories and media to push out across many different time-frames. Hootsuite gives us a chance to work ahead without driving ourselves mad and getting mentally disorganized.

Solid product but leaves me wanting more

What do you like best about the product?
Hoote Suite offers all the functions you could want (scheduling, analytics, campaign management, etc). It is pretty easy to use and offers great value (considering I use the free plan).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the user interface. It is a little too busy and overwhelming. I think they would benefit from creating more tabs or something to keep form having so many stream on each screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hoote Suite is good for social media scheduling, analytics, campaigns, and more. I recommend Hoote Suite to friends and clients who don't want to pay for a social management tool and I think ti fits in quite well with their needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a free product or a highly customized (i.e. expensive) product, Hoote Suite is a great option. If you fall in that middle ground, I would look for another option. Easy to use, quality product, just not my favorite.

What do you like best about the product?
It handles most of the main social media sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't currently handle Slide Share, which we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to become an industry resource and advise of new offerings.

Many followers and downloads, but not many inquiries that we can pinpoint coming from this.

We have out agency reps do the content entry on our behalf.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage and schedule posts for all of our social media platforms. It's affordable, user-friendly and convenient. We monitor and listen using this platform which has helped with our online reputation. We wouldn't be able to run our marketing agency without Hootsuite - it's a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule Instagram posts via Hootsuite. You can "schedule" posts but Instagram needs you to authorize every post through the Instagram app specifically - and if you manage multiple accounts, it doesn't save time.

I am not a fan of limited streams. Our agency does marketing for 25+ streams and we've had to group clients in streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has streamlined our social media process, making it more efficient and effective for our team. We are able to easily post and manage all of our posts without having to sign in/out of all of our platforms. Our team can plan in advance and tweak posts throughout the day, if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This social media platform will save you from many headaches. If you do social media, you need to be able to easily access and manage all your social profiles in one place.

Using Hootsuite Daily for social post automation

What do you like best about the product?
I like the auto-scheduling feature and use it daily, without it I would need to spend alot more time scheduling all the posts. You can also add up to 10 different social media accounts and have recently added Instagram to the list of channels included - which makes it very easier to post online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you are not able to group together certain posts which may all be related to each other - e.g. a certain campaign, industry insights or an event. This way you could ensure you are posting the right amount of content from each topic. I would also like the auto-scheduling functionality to automatically pick the times which have the highest engagement rates per channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to save posts as drafts and re-post them / schedule them whenever I want - saving time and effort. For larger companies you can also assign replies and responses to certain team members, to ensure everyone is getting the right responses from your brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is VERY easy to schedule lots of posts, status updates and tweets for my social media campaign. Allows me and my team to schedule future articles and Social Media pushes, as well as make sure I keep my followers engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get a tweet that doesn't go through and the explanation is very good enough to help me make sure it doesn't happen again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me save time in my social media campaign
Keeps my pages alive and flowing
Keeps my followers engaged

Setup one time a week where you or someone from your team updates your social media posts or else you'll forget and your stuff won't stay fresh.

Easy Insight to Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
I love quickly being able to see all our company's social media at once. Scheduling is simple and allows me to spend just part of one day each week making posts. It's essential if you don't have social media hub already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to do several variations of a post at once at different times instead of having to start posts from scratch. Analytics could also be more robust. It's hard to easily track how you're doing across all your platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped up easily keep up posts without spending too much time, and it has helped us respond to customers faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the price, it's hard to beat. Other products might look a bit better or have more special features, but Hootsuite is all you need to actually get the job done.
