Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continue to build more product features for the Enterprise customer. As well, look into other marketing features to bring social media into sales and marketing automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very well designed and easy to use. The Analytics tool is comprehensive and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a standard one stop social media marketing platform. There is nothing additional on offer compared to other social media marketing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is huge time saver and organizer when is comes to posting social media content. It helps plan out your entire weeks plan of social media content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its definite worth a try for all digital marketers to get their content across.

Still The Best Social Media Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite just keeps getting better over the ten years I have used their product. It has the most features and social networks compared to other services like Buffer. Hootsuite is always adding new social networks and features and it is simple to setup or use to manage client accounts. Reporting and Analytics are just another feature that set Hootsuite apart from other platforms.

Scheduling is a great feature, I love being able to just AutoSchedule tweets for maximum impact based on your followers activity patterns. Again, really simple, really powerful, and it just works and you can track that in Analytics. RSS feeds plus scheduling can really put your social media on autopilot. I like this feature with other people's content as well to keep things interesting and see what else my followers are responding to on social media. The more you use it the better it gets.

Also, they have kept my pricing the same. :-)

tl;dr
It's just easy to use and powerful and keeps getting better and the price stays the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile App could be better, but it is difficult to manage as many accounts as I have without running out of room on a screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping social media scheduled and full is always a challenge and Hootsuite helps us find out what is working for us on social media.

Stop evaluating other services and just sign up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule across multiple platforms. Hootsuite makes it simple to take content managing on the road from almost any device as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It could use better integration with Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management while traveling. This is a really big problem for my industry, as I'm constantly in different time zones and using different qualities of wifi. Hootsuite made it easy to keep my team up to date and keep posts going out even when I couldn't be posting live.

Hootsuite: Good for Agencies

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, I do enjoy using Hootsuite. It's fairly easy to learn and use, and it is extremely helpful for agency's who work with multiple clients and accounts. I like that you can schedule social media posts out weeks and months in advance, making it easier to plan for multiple clients. It's also pretty affordable. I have yet to find another option that is cheaper and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only trouble I've really had with Hootsuite is social media profiles constantly disconnecting. This is extremely annoying because it happens pretty frequently and Hootsuite has unfortunately not been able to find a solution. Everything they've told me to try -- disconnecting social media account and re-connecting -- does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me save time by being able to schedule social media posts for several platforms in one easy place. It certainly helps me be more efficient with my time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool for managing social media profiles.

The pros are:
You can pre-schedule your social media content
It's east to manage all your social profiles in one place
There are useful analytics
You can track certain words or references easily in different streams


Hootsuite also offers a University that serves as a fantastic resource for learning how to better use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage is that you have to authorize Instagram postings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is very cost effective and your solving the issue of having to post several times a day, to several social media platforms. You can schedule all of your post a head of time without the worry of logging into each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can oversee three Twitter accounts at once and schedule tweets for each separately. I also like that I can create streams to follow certain hashtags and search terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it only for Twitter. I think using it for the other social media accounts would cost me a lot of money and jumble my view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can oversee more than one Twitter profile and easily schedule and retweet information to go out. It is better than signing into each online and having different tabs open. I am also able to cross-promote through all of the profiles using cut and paste or retweet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gets everything on one screen, so it is worth the investment and time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to schedule social media posts. We use it for twitter primarily. It is easy to create tweets, manage multiple accounts, schedule in the future and add media and links.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty basic system (from what I've utilized) and it's not integrated with our other outreach platforms or CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found it to be a great way to pre-schedule tweets for a specific campaign. We can schedule tweets to go out across a full quarter for a specific report or piece we are trying to draw attention to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great for a company with basic social media scheduling and monitoring needs. It is simple and easy to use, but doesn't integrate in the same way that a platform like hubspot does.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the link shortener already incorporated within the platform and it made it easy to publish on-the-fly. It also was really easy to use and learn. It was one of the first social media management tools I used and it'll always have a soft spot in my heart.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem like Hootsuite has really kept up with the trends lately and isn't innovating as quickly. They've stuck to what they know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was in need of a tool to help me organize my followings and track hashtag conversations quickly and engage in the same platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple tool, this is probably it but beware you can't do all the fancy stuff!
