What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy product to use. I manage multiple social media accounts (twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) and it is very convenient to have all the feeds in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I manager numerous Facebook, twitter and insta accounts and I am paranoid of posting the wrong thing in the wrong feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing the social media accounts for several different locations. The benefits are having everything in one place so you don't have to log in and out of numerous accounts.

I like how you can manage several different social media accounts on one platform.

The layout of the program can be intimidating to use because it is very busy and a little overwhelming.

It is very useful to be able to monitor different social media accounts for clients on one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend setting up all social media accounts on this platform so you remain consistent in your messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Low cost! Easy to use, I really like the TEAM feature. It's also awesome how they've been adding more networks (Instagram, YouTube) and features (Feature LinkedIn Image)
What do you dislike about the product?
I've always found their reporting to be somewhat lacking - so it's frustrating to me how they do the credits to get reports because they never are that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to monitor for Twitter mentions, scheduled Tweets & LinkedIn updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely a low cost tool, but it's good for the basics. I've used it in the past even for some basic customer care & response routing. That workflow could be a little smoother & more obvious, but again, it's cheap! It's great that they keep adding new networks and functionality, and I hope they continue to do that!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a separate app on my phone that I can use to schedule and post tweets for my company (and boss) and not fear accidentally posting to my own account or vice versa!
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest changes to the scheduling interface were pretty confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to schedule and publish company and management tweets without having to fear accidentally posting to the wrong account.

Great for scheduling content and high level monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is great for scheduling content to post while you are unable to. It even recommends the top times to post using Twitter analytics and based on your follower activity.

The interface allows you to easily switch back and forth between Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Facebook and even Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use it for monitoring, the user interface isn't great. Similar to tweetdeck, this is a sidescrolling platform. It can get a little annoying having to sidescroll through all of your searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content during off hours, identifying influencers and curating content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an inexpensive solution for scheduling content, Hootsuite is definitely a good way to go. It's better than Tweetdeck in it can do more than just Twitter. The $9.99/month pro option isn't bad, either.

Makes Social Media Campaigns More Organized

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage social media messaging for more than one social media channel all from one dashboard. I use it to manage my Twitter, Instagram and Facebook page channels and I like being able to set up and schedule messaging for all three at once. I can also see at a glance who likes or shares my posts and I can do it from my laptop or my phone app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard itself is pretty good. The most frustrating things are really the limitations imposed by the social media channels not Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it a little easier to manage the messaging for promoting my books and sales or giveaways of my books. It does save time going from one social media site to another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not familiar with other similar products except maybe Tweetdeck but I never tried that. Hootsuite is definitely worth checking out for anyone who is managing and actively using more than one social media channel.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a free organizational tool that allows ease in scheduling postings in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features, such as posting of images or videos, are difficult when scheduling to Twitter or Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite's platform is easier to change and reschedule than Facebook's version, and keeps postings anonymous.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is hands down the best social media scheduler out there. It has a great ease of use and is fun to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I do not feel that there is anything to dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of posting via social media at the best times for your audience. It's great also because it can help you realize when the best times are and track that engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can post the same post across all your media accounts with a simple one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real dislikes other than when I've tried to post an article to all our accounts but was unable to on instagram because there is no picture i wanted to post (Other than the article photo) and the twitter was more than 140 characters so I had to post that one separately and shorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We took our social media back after the business we hired to post for us failed to meet the requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to do postings across 4 or more media accounts this is a godsend.
