Love it for Social Media Managing
What do you like best about the product?
That you can post the same post across all your media accounts with a simple one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real dislikes other than when I've tried to post an article to all our accounts but was unable to on instagram because there is no picture i wanted to post (Other than the article photo) and the twitter was more than 140 characters so I had to post that one separately and shorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We took our social media back after the business we hired to post for us failed to meet the requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to do postings across 4 or more media accounts this is a godsend.

Great tool for basic social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when it comes to scheduling content across multiple social networks. Price point is extremely favorable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little to no usable analytics. Cannot batch upload anything that requires an image change to a post. Limited number of streams available. Support has significantly gone backwards since we've started using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage social media networks for 30+ clients. We need an easy tool to schedule their content to hit their channels on specific dates / times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool for basic social media management. There are several lacking features such as the ability to batch upload status updates to their queue where those status updates require the all important correct selection of the right graphic. You cannot batch upload pictures themselves. The number of streams are limited. If you are looking for a basic tool to monitor a handful of social networks and manually copy and paste the content into their scheduler, this will work just fine.
Hootsuite For Easy Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access all my social networks in one place. Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule tweets and keep track of my social analytics. It's my favorite tool for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite Pro is quite expensive, especially if you want more than one enhanced analytic report!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of analytics and see what types of posts gain the most interaction. I also like that I can optimize my scheduling of tweets/posts by pulling the stats on clicks and engagement. It's interesting to know what time tweets gain the most interaction!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Hootsuite if you want easy access to all your social media networks.
*Note: I tried uploading a screenshot several different ways, but there's an error.

Hootsuite has helped our clients manage multiple social media accounts with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows our clients to manage the social media presence we have built for them on multiple platforms from one app. It's easy to use and gives them insight into how their social media presence is impacting their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media ad campaigns are a little difficult to set up for an inexperienced user. This requires a little more training for our clients but is not a huge barrier to their successful implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Hootsuite, we had to spend a lot of time training our clients in how to manage their various social media platforms and integrate the content that they were sharing. Now, we use Hootsuite to integrate their social media presence saving us time, and saving them frustration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For managing multiple social media platforms for small business, Hootsuite is a great tool.
Excellent for organized social media management on multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do a bulk upload and that I don't have to be in the platform every day. I appreciate that if something goes wrong with an uploaded message that Hootsuite notifies me via email. It's also visually pleasing and great for people like me who really thrive with visual organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, especially with twitter, the format of the text or certain characters end up having issues. For example, sometimes my tweets post with an "É" in them for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time being able to spend an hour or two organizing and uploading content as opposed to having to sit in front of my computer and do it manually. I've been able to figure out the optimum times to schedule content for my social media platforms to get the best interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not a super self explanatory platform, so take the time to explore the site, maybe schedule a few trial posts. You can publish from directly within Hootsuite (I tend not to because I don't love their publishing tool for individual posts). But, after a few times using it, you should be pretty confident.
Scheduling post and contents on social networks
What do you like best about the product?
It's good for managing schedules and profiles tabs, you can set what to publish and where in a few clicks, you have a good overview of everything. in Free Version, there are the most important functions for the basic use and management of up to 5 profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment i'm using a free plan for testing some options and usability for planning some contents on my instagram. Hootsuite is excellent for the features it offers, but it's not cheap! It is probably one of the best for content management on social, but that certainly can not replace a manual management of the same profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be able to post the same time and on several profiles is definitely a pleasant feeling (if you're a social media manager know what I mean!) Without the risk of confusion between the different characteristics of each social network
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At the moment i'm using a free plan for testing some options and usability for planning some contents on my instagram.
Decent platform for schduling posts
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a month's worth of Tweets at once is very convenient and streamlines everything
What do you dislike about the product?
My firm creates posts in an excel sheet then loads them into the software which is a very cumbersome process and takes some getting used to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client is a local healthcare insurance company with a ton of followers. We need content to be consistently sent out over our channels, and Hootsuite helps us to do that
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the demo first to make sure it's for you
Perfect tool for managing multiple social media account
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates all the major social media sites in one program, making it easy for me to handle my company and my other clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Organization" feature is a bit tedious to use, especially if you want to handle different clients with different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media Management is a problem for my small business clients. Hootsuite Pro has been a big help in solving their content management and scheduling challenges.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start using the FREE version and see if you like the interface before you go with PRO or ENTERPRISE.
Easy to use and Keeps Me Organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can see all of my social network activity via dashboards that I select and arrange. It gives me a quick, at-a-glance look at what's going on and/or whether or not I need to respond to a post/comment (positive or negative). I also like that the free account has a bunch of features - allowing me to keep marketing costs down, while also maintaining organizational sanity. I'm hoping to get approval to upgrade soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit clunky to set up multiple social posts at once - but it's probably more user error more times than not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to pre-schedule my social content, allowing me to focus on other items on my "to-do" list. And, if something additional comes up, I simply log in and add it to the cue. All of my accounts are centrally located and easy to access - saving me a ton of time logging into each individual social account and post content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out - it's free! If you hate it, there's not monetary commitment. If you love it - upgrade to use all of additional perks/features.
Empowers my entire team!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very intuitive and easy to use. It allows individuals to link Facebook Groups and Pages, as well as Instagram and Twitter. And it allows for scheduling as well as engaging followers right from the module.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, there is not much I dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite with my volunteers across the country who are running their own support groups on Facebook or special event Facebook pages and Twitter accounts. They have varying experience and comfort on social media and are often intimidated by the various channels they want to manage but feel they can't. By consolidating everything right in one product and then allowing them to schedule posts into the future, they feel in control of managing social media and interacting with their followers. It's fantastic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand your needs and budget. Hootsuite is a great fit for small non-profits. It's worth it to bump up to the paid version.
