No. 1 Social Scheduling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is the AI content suggestion for writing the post or generating any content to be scheduled on the social platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing part is bit expensive compared to other competitors like Buffer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps to create quality content, identifies the trending content, suggests trending time and helps in scheduling content.

Great tool and so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, saving a lot of time and places my posts on the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allways the Facebook checkbox apears even I to not use Facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gives my startup an effortless way to manage social media, letting us post frequently and to multiple platforms at once without having to log into each social media site individually
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've never had any negative experiences using hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me and my team spend more time on actual work and less time on posting and creating content. It's a huge benefit to my team, saving me a ton of time since I don't have to post individually on different social media accounts. It definitely makes my life easier and lets me focus more on other tasks.
Best tool to manage scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using hootsuite as it lets me keep track of all my social media accounts from one dashboard, plus it shows some useful metrics for each account. On top of that, it's super easy to publish multiple posts across different social platforms. I use it every week, and I can't imagine managing my social media without it! Better than the other Scheduling tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit tricky to find your way to the reporting pages and use them effectively, and the Pinterest scheduling could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small team with a lot of marketing channels to manage. Hootsuite is a huge help in tracking our social media activity, planning posts ahead of time, and generating reports quickly and easily. It also makes it so much easier to plan out the whole week or even the entire month in advance.
Hootsuite feels like an Apple Product
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hooutsuite is how inutive it is. I've tried using many social media tools from Hubspot to Planoly to Sprout Social, but Hootsuite is the most itutive one i would say. It is a breeze to setup and use in day to day life for managing social media posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be better for indiviudal users like myself. The lowest price plan is too restricive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post on social media consistently.

- The social media integration is great in Hootsuite compared to other market players. Especially the analytics for social media is very in depth.
- Linkedin integration is a very great option in their marketplace which is missing in the competitor products. Their in general social media marketplace is very vast.
- Apart from content desining, they offer insights on how to boost engagement.
- Their STO capabilities also helps reach your audience at optimal times.

- They should offer a flexible pricing model and their pricing is a bit on the expensive end.
- Plethora of features and functionalities which might take time to learn and adapt. Adoptability of the platform to new users can be a bit challenging.
- Missing chat capability for support.

What I like about Hootsuite the most is its intuitive UI and wonderful workspace that works for groups of all sizes

Not able to schedule IG Stories and lose of quality on IG posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is so easy to use and easily integrates with all our social media platforms. I can seamlessly create posts and adjust them for each platform all in the same window. I also love how it links with Canva to easily create posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigations to reporting pages can be tough to find/utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite puts all my social platforms into one place and posts for me so I don't have to individually post on each platform.
Makes my job 10X easier
What do you like best about the product?
Working in communications at a non-profit, I must stay up to date on what's happening in the community and industry trends. Hootsuite's stream feature allows me to easily follow topics of interest and industry leaders. I currently have a stream for each of our social networks and find it extremely helpful to use! However, what I enjoy the most about Hootsuite is that it allows me to plan my month's content by allowing me to visualise and schedule posts with its planner feature. Additionally, I save a lot of time by uploading content to multiple platforms and making edits on its publishing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Hootsuite is that it occasionally disconnects from a social network and you don't get notified until you enter the platform again. As well as the composer tool doesn't have much flexibility for editing reels or stories. It would be very helpful to be able to add trending music or edit short videos on the platform and help boost the visibility of your posts.

Most small businesses have a one-man marketing team. Hootsuite saves time in manually scheduling posts and in analytics, and it keeps us informed through streams.
