What do you like best about the product?
It scales our ERP system as our business grows, it handles server maintenance, and security leads to a reduction of burden on the IT department. The beauty of this cloud is that it is mobile-friendly with complete functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is one of the biggest challenges; middleware is needed for connecting CRM systems, which leads to increased costs, and the licensing model is more complex to choose for cost optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For invoicing the contracts and achieving scalability improvements using the insights provided by S4 cloud, and to maintain our customer data and their resource data based on contracts. It makes our order-to-cash (o2c) process easier.

1. The price is (understandably) very very high. It could be an issue for growing operations.
2. We could've done with a bit more help form the vendor services team during the implementation. It took far longer than we wanted because we ended up with a sub-par third party consultant

We use S/4HANA for pretty much every process in our plant. From HR to QMS, it has very decent solutions for every department. And I think the best thing about it is that it enables you to bring together the data from completely separate departments and operations in one place. It not only helps us execute our operations, but also enables us to connect seemingly-unrelated data in one place to drive better insights

Some of our users may found it difficult to navigate or require additional training to use effectively but it's not dislike fact for me and it's not an issue. So I have nothing to say about disliking SAP S/4 HANA Cloud.

The system is very expensive because it offers many functions and applications, which makes its price level very high, so not everyone can get it and must opt for a lower plan with fewer options so that more companies can afford it. SAP is a bit more complex as its interface is difficult to understand and requires some work as it is not very easy to implement. Its initial configuration usually has to be done by professionals, and the cost is high, not everyone can use it, which generates a waste of time and increase in business costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this software mainly for the financial organization and invoice management of the company driving improvements in sales, finance and accounting of the organization, always maintaining a good level of service and stability of the company in terms of profits, investments and projects implemented or ongoing, many economic models are currently being completed, and ERP functions are perfectly suited to our needs. I use it especially to integrate technical processes and solvable technical improvements.
