SAP moves to a new level and gets easier to use
What do you like best about the product?
S/4HANA streamlines the IT landscape by consolidating data and processes, reducing the complexity of systems, and making maintenance and upgrades more efficient. The user interface of S/4HANA is modern and intuitive, providing a more user-friendly experience for both casual users and experts. S/4HANA restructures business processes, eliminating redundancies and increasing efficiency through automation and best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Businesses like ours (utilities) with heavy customization in their existing SAP systems may face challenges in adapting these customizations to the new S/4HANA architecture. Not all SAP applications and functionalities have been fully migrated to S/4HANA, which poses challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA offers real-time data processing and analytics, allowing to make faster and more informed decisions based on up-to-date information. This togheter with the better user experience helps us to be faster in our daily business and to have up-to-date information.
Really nice tool and wasy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to add all my accounting entries. Minimum effort and very easy to learn and add entries . Earlier we used to do it in excel but now everyone can see entries and no excels are needed
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to use for the first time since you dont know much about the product but once you start using it everday to make entries you can get very easily used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to wnter all accounting data and very easy to manage. Everyome can view the data whenever they want and all auditors also have to loom at one place to get all data they want

This is one best reporting tools which help with reports and analytics to take desicion on day to day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
It has most, if not all of business processes that an organization needs, integration between modules can be seamless and will be beneficial to have single pane of glass in all business process
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly, costly to implement, be it the cloud infrastructure or the consultant, the gigantic cost is also in the maintenance and the upgrade portion, especially when you have your business process mapped out here, it will be a painful ones to move to other ERP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scattered business processes, it acts as the glue for all those processes in our client's operations, this has streamline the processes, better transparancy and improved productivity
Cloud version is easier and faster to implement and maintain

Standardised and Apps driven. BTP and no headaches of maintaining Servers / Infra / Upgrades etc.,.

Customization is tricky. Limited options for enhancements/ modification of core processes.

Integrated processes helps in managing the operations, inventory and accounting efficiently eliminating the need for consolidation and reconciliation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the predictive analytics feature that has been a game changer for us in forecasting trends and detecting anomalies early in advance for smooth operations. The real time financial management tools are also key for tracking our financial usage so as to plan better and have cost effective operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating this tool with our systems and applications posed a few challenges since it requires expert technical knowledge and a lot of support from the customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been great since implementation and it has really empowered our supply chain and finance operations. Its real time insights and analytics have been very essential for data accuracy and data driven decision making.
Innovative Technology
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA cloud is totally automate, and we are able to eliminate the manual activities that were preventing us from progressing in the development in our apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricing is not most and more affordable for users, the fact is that we have had to pay a significiant amount of money for its use, but I must say it's all worth for business uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's installation and deployment is outstanding and performed well by deployement and technical support team. It also works nicely with other SAP products and is an excellent solutions for application that use embeded data. The highlight of this program includes process and speed.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall I really like the software as it solved so many of my problems, what I realy like about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its scalbility and intuitve interace. It offrs a wide range of functinalites and anlytics capabilites. The way it handls data and provids insghts is impresive. SAP S/4HANA Cloud has positivly impacted our busines opertions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I like many functions of SAP S/4HANA but one aspect that can be a bit challenging with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its initial setup complexity. It might take time to get accustomed to its features and navigation. However, once familiar, its robust functionalities and analytics capabilities prove valuable for our business operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many of my problems has been solved like it effectively addresses data integration hurdles and enhances real-time insights. It aids in streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and improving decision-making. Despite occasional setup challenges, SAP S/4HANA Cloud empowers our business with efficient processes and informed strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
it was having the all types of functionality and out IT team also modify it to match our functionality. I have used so many things called as MIGO, Weight checking excercise, and Oil calculation. Some functions are common in SAP was that Purchase requisition, material availability, PO generation and approval etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is very difficult to hover over all the functionality as it provides coding. remembering task is also a bit harder for all functions. It needs to be user friendly with respect to its front end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Material request, material calculation, stock analysis, yearly stock preparation and declaration, this type of functionality are benifiting our business with respect to complete user experience.
A ERP business suite software
What do you like best about the product?
The way it is integrated with other modules like data analytics, HR sucess factors Hybris. Since its cloud based application, it has high reliabilty and the maintaince is low.
What do you dislike about the product?
customization is a complex and time consuming activity. Not sure if real time data analytics would be supported. The software requires highly skilled professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time data analytics and Out of the box Management Information reports should be really helpful.
