Leveraging the use of SAP
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud base solutions has resulted in the cost effective measure of the organizations. Also, the Auto update feature is flawless and do not require a eye on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now we are not facing any trouble to use the SAP S/4HANA. We had encountered a small glitch in the initial days but now the temparament is perfect and the use case scenarios has being increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in makin the decision on the cost quite easy. The auto calibration and the sentiment management system is just awesome.

Cloud product that eases data processing speed. Easy upgrade with full control of cloud data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not suit small companies because of the high cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It comes up with wide options like Accounting, Invoice Management, Revenue Management to name a few
Very powerful ERP for manufacturing plants
What do you like best about the product?
It's massively customizable. We have data points located in several dozen points around our machines. Thanks to S/4HANA, we're receiving round the clock data that we wouldn't have had otherwise. It's helped us spot issues that could've caused major stoppages otherwise
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process is very exhausting. The third-party consultants we had were nowhere near as helpful as we'd expected. I think it would be better if the implementation partners were better regulated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use S/4HANA company-wide to manage production processes, accounting, asset management, etc. It's a bit difficult to get it set up but once done, it speeds up and streamlines your processes to a whole another level. Overall very happy with the service
Amazing Tool for ERP
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S4HANA is a great tool for cloud based AI analytics and for getting insightful metrics to power our business decisions. The UI is simple and easy to use and the dashboards are comprehensive enough to get a consolidated view of the different operations we have
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite all the great features, the system is quite expensive and some of the initial learning can be difficult. However the forums and community for SAP has proced really helpful in this regard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to monitor and view different aspects of our system businesses with its analytics tool, especially in invoice management. We were able to reduce the costs significantly because of the insights delivered by S4HANA

It helps in faster data processing . It helps in data analysis and visualizations.

Investment cost is high which makes it less-affordable for small organizations

Memory data base technology helps in data management faster and less prone to errors. Operations can be processed parallely. It has data integration and aggregation capabilities.

To migrate from old SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA Cloud is complicated and consumes a lot of time. It Consists of data migration, custom code modifications and business process reengineering.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud overtures a consolidated and integrated platform that streamlines various business functions, condensing complexity and unifying data flow. This can lead to revised data accuracy, simpler maintenance, and good overall adaptibility

S/4HANA streamlines the IT landscape by consolidating data and processes, reducing the complexity of systems, and making maintenance and upgrades more efficient. The user interface of S/4HANA is modern and intuitive, providing a more user-friendly experience for both casual users and experts. S/4HANA restructures business processes, eliminating redundancies and increasing efficiency through automation and best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Businesses like ours (utilities) with heavy customization in their existing SAP systems may face challenges in adapting these customizations to the new S/4HANA architecture. Not all SAP applications and functionalities have been fully migrated to S/4HANA, which poses challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA offers real-time data processing and analytics, allowing to make faster and more informed decisions based on up-to-date information. This togheter with the better user experience helps us to be faster in our daily business and to have up-to-date information.
Really nice tool and wasy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to add all my accounting entries. Minimum effort and very easy to learn and add entries . Earlier we used to do it in excel but now everyone can see entries and no excels are needed
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to use for the first time since you dont know much about the product but once you start using it everday to make entries you can get very easily used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to wnter all accounting data and very easy to manage. Everyome can view the data whenever they want and all auditors also have to loom at one place to get all data they want

This is one best reporting tools which help with reports and analytics to take desicion on day to day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
It has most, if not all of business processes that an organization needs, integration between modules can be seamless and will be beneficial to have single pane of glass in all business process
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly, costly to implement, be it the cloud infrastructure or the consultant, the gigantic cost is also in the maintenance and the upgrade portion, especially when you have your business process mapped out here, it will be a painful ones to move to other ERP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scattered business processes, it acts as the glue for all those processes in our client's operations, this has streamline the processes, better transparancy and improved productivity
