Manage your company's entire financial system on the SAP/4HANA Cloud guided platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It is the ERP with more tools that I have tried since you start using it you are noticing that you are on an enterprise level platform, from the SAP S/4HANA Cloud interface I can manage all my projects, I can plan a project for a client from the guided platform of the service, in fact, they guide you through the whole process since you start making the projections, They also offer you the option of guided tours, this is very useful especially for those who are beginners and have never user the program, here they give you a step by step on how to use each tool of the service you are paying for, you can manage those accounts payable that in programs like Excel are difficult to handle, you can even perform analysis of aging and discounts. All customer items can be managed online, and stored in the SAP cloud, you can also manage the collections of the plans assigned to customers of the company, you can register from incoming payments, to dispute payments from customers who are upset and want a refund of any product offered, in fact this software deals with organizing the entire financial situation of your company in a complete and intuitive interface to analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the problems is the load of the software, it hangs a lot for example when creating a new project or manage invoices to pay or collect if the computer where you are running the program does not have enough performance you may have problems to scroll through all the functions, is a product that is not economical but for all the features offered I think it's worth paying the license to use 100%, another problem I have noticed is that the trial offered for 14 days lacks features to test the full performance of the service, so it can be difficult to make a decision on whether to purchase it or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our financial support needed a cloud solution capable of managing all the economic inputs and outputs of our company, being novices we decided to give a chance to SAP S/4HANA being very satisfied with the achievements we have obtained, basically we have been abandoning the management of assets and liabilities, as well as Excel ledgers and migrating our entire process of managing payments and invoices to the cloud platform of this program, we have been able to manage all those payment blocks that generated us internal conflicts in the company, in fact, it is also possible to manage employee hours, from the legal term we were also able to manage contracts. Definitely, this ERP is very complete, it has basically all the necessary tools for a company to grow and develop properly.

We are using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud since last 3 to 4 years and we did't faced any issue with it.

ERP solution that benefits all your company's business processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The SAP S/4HANA Cloud intelligent multimodel, is without the best solution I have tried in the cloud since I am in the area of application development, this system takes full advantage of the capabilities of the databases that I manage. It is also a strong solution for applications with embedded data with a robust and very well-developed software, it works very well with other programs developed by SAP, establishing together an excellent subject domain. Full control of data in the cloud thanks to integrated storage, it is even capable of performing the most advanced analytics on transactional data. The speed and process benefits are the highlight of the program so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with the built-in hosting option of the service, the interface at first is not easy to understand in fact it requires hours of handling to understand what you are viewing, the program is certainly complete, but the price may not be pleasant, but it is certainly worth the total cost of implementation. More didactic material would be nice in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an intelligent ERP to use in our gradual business processes, we seek to innovate especially in the area of financial management, implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud we access all resources from the cloud not compromising our hardware, or IT staff, we have also strengthened in the area of application development interacting optimally with users in the process, obtaining better results of data analysis and reporting. We have managed with its use to free up valuable time, resulting in a great reduction of costs and risks for our company, totally increasing the productivity of our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
1. HANA speeds up data processing. 2. Easy setup and SAP connectivity. 3. The user interface is attractive and includes analytics to create interactive dashboards, graphs, and widgets. 4. Since it is a database, it saves data in columns instead of rows like MS SQL, which speeds up data processing, analytics, and storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Some firms may not have the gear and software needed to run HANA, therefore they must buy it. 2. Mobile dashboards and some analytical capabilities are missing. 3. Because the application is linux-based and case sensitive, changing and developing stored procedures requires caution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fantastic experience. SAP S/4 HANA provides end-to-end visibility into supply chain operations. Also, it works quickly, efficiently, and reliably. Many businesses have been able to save time and money thanks to the ease with which they can now access and analyze vast amounts of up-to-the-minute data.
The best and easy to configure ERP system in my experience
What do you like best about the product?
During my career, I have experienced many ERP software but trust me SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the best cloud-based ERP system I ever found. When it comes to processing or analysing transactions no other software is near to it. Even there is no comparison when it comes to its processing speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first thing is that it is not pocket friendly at all. Secondly, implementing it is a hard task and takes a lot of time. If they can improve this, it will be really great.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud has really helped me expand my business digitally. Its real-time data processing feature enabled us to have informed decisions. SAP S/4HANA Cloud provides unlimited customisation which helped us reach our business goals. One area where SAP S/4HANA Cloud really helped us most is invoice management.

What do you like best about the product?
It has good real-time data processing , perfect intelligent automation, comprehensive functionality, flexibility, scalability, and a challenging built-in security features. Also i have noticed the increased efficiency, streamlined operations and improved decision making capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes complexity of the system and the learning curve required to fully utilize it's functionalities. Sometimes i find it difficult with the migration process from existing systems to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. I have also some concerns with the cost and potential ongoing expenses associated with the cloud-based solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I want to highlight that the accounting functions of SAP S/4HANA Cloud can be configured to suit the user, you can run accounts payable and accounts receivable in an orderly and simple way, the options offered to manage the inventory of a company are excellent, in fact, I can perform very customized analysis and reports for any specific area I want, I think few programs offer such performance as this software does, the API is fully customizable and can be integrated very well with other SAP products. SAP S/4HANA Cloud security is another thing I like, in fact, they offer you a single sign-on, no one can access your account without your credentials, it also includes an authenticator that completely shields the data you are running inside the server. Accessibility and automation are synonymous with strength when using this service, I am really glad I purchased it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The adoption for beginners in the use of these programs can be complex, the user interface despite being excellent is not very intuitive, you have to update the entire server to increase the resources to be consumed, this generates frustration in many cases, but it is part of using the service and you have to adapt. I hope that in the future they update the planning and budget management area, more customization would not be a bad idea either.

We host most of our web development modules in the S/4HANA Cloud, and currently we continue migrating data to the HANA Cloud, another important factor in using the product has been the improvement in the service provided to users in the area of finance, asset management and settlements in this area the program performs excellently. Objectively speaking, this software has given us much more security in our data. Our commercial capacity since we have been using products developed by SAP has improved significantly, in fact, our software business has benefited economically from the acquisition of these licenses.
