What do you like best about the product?
The best parti like about S/4 Hana cloud is real time intelligence that it brings in for business decision making , agility and standardisation based on industry
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited flexibility in public cloud ,complex integration capabilities to 3rd party system , and frequent updates and change management overload to Business

S4 Hana in memory Hana database enabling realtime time insights in decision making and standardisation of business processes and integration seamlessly with sap eco system
Streamlined Processes and Innovation, But SaaS Model Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The standardized process helps reduce total cost of ownership and allows us to focus more on business needs rather than IT concerns. Situation handling, business AI readiness, and prebuilt automations are valuable features. Additionally, the regular delivery of new innovations keeps the system up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Rise with SAP model does not offer a complete SaaS experience, as it still requires the purchase of infrastructure SKUs. Additionally, the ability to scale infrastructure is limited due to the use of predefined SKUs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
S/4HANa assists in achieving faster account closures, and its business AI features support sales order automation as well as sales forecasting. Additionally, it offers seamless integration capabilities, with APIs available for connecting to third-party systems.
It is good product to try S/4hana cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to make enterprise to enhance business processes quickly by low cost. It doesn't need to prepare hardware and start it quickly in few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to fit standard functions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud but sometimes we need the function to meet local law or business process but S/4HANA Cloud doesn't allow to do that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help client to enable ERP system within few months. All branches can access the system from global sides.The client doesn't need to take care of IT architecture and reduce the operation cost
Seamless S4 HANA Data Integration Enhances Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features is the ability to connect data from the S4 HANA database. The data extracted can then be utilized for additional functions, such as integration with BTP. Although I have only used S4 HANA Cloud once, I still clearly recall how impressive and powerful the technology was.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting to other functions such as BTP can be complex. I have used S4 HANA Cloud once, and I found it challenging to figure out how to transfer data extracted from one system to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before introduing S4 HANA Cloud into my workplace, i mean when I was using S4 HANA system, data in S4 HANA was scattered, data was controlled only by engineer. now I can see the whole data.
Simple and User-Friendly, But Lacks Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity with ux and apps available in the browser. Standard looking ux across all apps and simplified fiori experience on the platform.easy business process setup and understanding
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to customise it like it’s possible with on prem systems. Limited extension possible. No customers enhancement and redefinition possible.limited business or custom business process changes possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s good for smaller plants and companied with limited business process forsatallite systems . It is quick to prototype and go live with when compared to a full template development and rollouts
Essential for Running My Business
What do you like best about the product?
I am a ABAP developer. So I am happy that it is based on ABAP. With ABAP it is easy to extend. It is easy to extend, to adapt and to customize. Fiori / UI5 is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said I am a developer. Sometimes it is not that easy to extend because a lot of apis or interfaces are note released to extend. And some important Fiori apps do not fulfill the required topipc. e.g. compare VA01 and Sales order Fiori App. Or check out Equipment maintenance in GUI or Fiori.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a developer, focus abap. For me as a developer it is - if released - easy to extend standard processes. We have created add ONS, based on abap which still run on s/4
Well-Integrated with SAP, But APIs and UI Consistency Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Upgrade Stable Solution, when using custom Development and Coding. Well integrated in SAP Ecosystem with mostly refreshed Fiori based UIs. (Hopefully) well implemented APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP is delivering APIs to slow for customer use-cases. APIs delivered are not 100% feature complete and often badly and poorly implemented and UIs are not 100% matching SAP UX Guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Developer and I like the fast Development of ABAP and newly shipped features, but these require the most modern Tech-Stack and with S/4HANA Public cloud, the customer has always the newest System with the newest capabilities
Powerful ERP Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform greatly reduces the consumption of resources with equal or more effective outcome. The fact that this platform is build around SAP ecosystem greatly enhances its capability while improving security by relying less on other 3rd party platform. The implementation is faster with this cloud platform reducing unwanted issues to the users. Its Analytics is really good which helps in forecasting and identifying risk. Its capability to monitor various activity of the firm is outstanding. Frankly saying this platform have improved the efficiency of the firm hence improving productivity while reducing the overall cost to the firm. I love this ERP platform for its overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the pricing of this platform is little more moderate. Sometimes for extra services across the platform, additional charges are made which disrupts the budgets of the plan. I feel that for this platform , an user need a more comprehensive leaning to be efficient and effective.

Its is complete ERP package which allows the organization to keep track of all business activity allowing better control and decision making with is more organized monitoring system. It improves the overall efficiency and productivity of the firm.

Its cloud-based model significantly reduces maintenance efforts, eliminating concerns about manual updates, server downtimes, or complex backups, as everything is handled through automated patches and monitoring. I find the built-in analytics and reporting features particularly valuable, as they enable faster, data-driven decision-making. The application supports multiple business functions under one platform, which reduces data fragmentation and improves visibility, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration. The in-memory HANA database is a major advantage, providing real-time performance even with large transactional data volumes. Additionally, I value the automatic updates, cloud security, and minimal maintenance, which allows the team to focus more on optimization rather than system upkeep. The product also offers flexibility and scalability, crucial for growing business needs, and SAP's global support network ensures that it evolves with changing requirements. The Fiori dashboard's user-friendly interface offers a clean, role-based view of reports and tasks, simplifying administration and improving usability. Altogether, SAP S/4HANA Cloud's combination of stability, scalability, and integration provide a complete ecosystem that connects finance, procurement, supply chain, and analytics efficiently, making it one of the most effective ERP platforms we've worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like SAP S/4HANA Cloud to offer a more customizable user interface and greater system flexibility. While the Fiori interface is user-friendly, some screens feel rigid, making it difficult to tailor workflows or layouts to specific departmental needs without in-depth configuration knowledge. Additionally, the initial configuration and integration setup can be complex for smaller IT teams, so having more guided, automated setup options for data migration or interface mapping would make the adoption process smoother.

I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to streamline and centralize business operations, solving data fragmentation and improving visibility. It reduces maintenance efforts, enhances cross-department collaboration, and enables real-time analytics for faster decision-making, optimizing process efficiency and system stability.
Efficient Data Management, Needs Better Performance at Peak Loads
What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP HANA Cloud incredibly efficient at handling and processing large volumes of data. Its in-memory computing and seamless integration features allow me to run SQL queries much faster and test ETL pipelines with ease. The real-time dashboards available through SAP HANA Cloud are particularly useful for making quick, informed decisions. The way it integrates easily with SAP and non-SAP applications, as well as APIs and cloud services, enhances its utility for me. I also appreciate the lower cost and scalable infrastructure of the system, which would make me consider purchasing it again. Additionally, setting up SAP HANA Cloud was not difficult, which made the transition smoother for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the system performance during peak data loads problematic. Sometimes, heavy analytical queries or multiple integrations can slow down the response time.

SAP HANA Cloud helps me process large volumes of data efficiently with in-memory computing and seamless integration, ensuring real-time analytics and quick SQL query execution, simplifying ETL pipeline testing.
