SAP the latest generation ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The SAP hana cloud provides a unified database service in the cloud on which to build software. There are several applications for this program, including customer relationship management and performance monitoring. For my purposes, this software makes it possible to address issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of this tool needs work. enhancements to the quality of service provided to customers. It might be wise to double-check the pricing and latency to see if they may be enhanced. Slow initialization causes setbacks. A bit pricey. Delayed problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP HANA Cloud is the DBaaS backbone for cutting-edge applications and analytics across the board for any given business. Make use of the cloud to your advantage by developing scalable, fast, and performant data solutions. It may be set up locally, in the cloud, or as a hybrid solution, and it has a quick time to value.

I have been using SAP S4/ HANA for almost two years now, it is highly reliable ,positive &efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time analytics capabilities are one of SAP S/4 HANA cloud's distinguishing characteristics. It gives customers the ability to gain valuable insights of the data from the operations of whatever organisation user is working. This data helps the user in making informed decisions and take actions accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing I believe can be a concern of is that the pricing factor. For some smaller businesses using this product shall be an pull back due to budget constraints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, SAP S4/HANA reduces complexity in the IT environment by combining various system into a single platform. As a result managing many systems is less expensive as it reduces maintenance costs. It also enables scalability. Also the Cloud based options enables us to use the system anywhere and anytime.

There isn't much to dislike but yeah lack of resources to tackle the if there is any issue

SAP Collaboration with the external systems or a non sap systems
Master solution for integration, with ERP and BI capabilities that is only compatible with SAP HANA.
What do you like best about the product?
The nicest aspect of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it is very easy to use and efficient in controls. What I found most beneficial about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it allows custom analytics to be accessible at your fingertips, and the built-in artificial intelligence and analytics are incredible. I enjoy how simple it is to execute database searches; it does not offer batch processing since it supports real-time data processing; real-time data processing makes it the default option for IoT Solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excessive controls make it tough to get things done at times, but they are there for us; module integration is also problematic. When you change anything in one module, you should consider the influence on another module. What I find less helpful about the SAP S/4HANA cloud is that it does not allow viewing of material transfer paperwork or warehouse/scrap materials; additional configurable options are required. The most significant disadvantage, which everyone in the industry agrees on, is that it only supports SAP HANA as a back-end database system, with the basic business suite built on top of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SAP S/4HANA cloud is assisting in the resolution of business challenges by providing the world's best automated useful data from process automation, capturing the chance to improve the business with actionable insights and information. We may have to reverse previously uploaded goods at a later point, which I need to do before the end of the year. Although the consultants are assisting but to no effect, the benefits are that there is utmost data security, i.e. no one can easily erase the data from the database.

Very strong process mapping especially around oil and gas and manufacturing verticals

What do you like best about the product?
S/4 I'd say my experience with this software as a user it's very exciting and rewarding because it was easy to handle everything by myself after a short training period. It's easy to use, customize and navigate through the straightforward UI. I love the ability of scalability which allows our business to adjust resources based on demand and allows efficient growth and cost optimisation. It offers simplicity when it comes to maintenance because eliminates the need for on-site hardware infrastructure and resources hence do away with the burden cost.
I highly recommend this tool to medium and large organisations because it can handle a lot of pressure and process huge data volumes within a very short period of time hence saving a lot of time and resources. I am delighted how this tool covers every aspect of processes comprehensively with full accurate reports outputs and analytics which are great in making our business decisions easily and fulfilling our customers needs.

I have been a user of S/4 for the last 4 years and I can confidently say my user experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The support has been mervelous and dedicated making this tool the best we ever have. The minor issues are delt with immensely.

We use our data to determine our customers needs and also measure our business performance so S/4 has been a great crucial part of our organisation. It helps to process large amount of data securely where accurate insights and reports are generated, this helps us to make data-driven decisions easily. Boost our process performance like transactions and resource utilisation and manufacturing.
The Cloud which is the future storage and database without doubts provides best-in-class sense of storage and security of our customers data and our organisation data. Overall its been a great user experience and the best thing S/4 keeps on improving.

Since SAP launched its cloud, organizations have stopped worrying about data and storage. They can store everything using the cloud, making them accessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
During my tenure using SAP HANA Cloud, I have not found anything that is either useless or disliked. The option of the Cloud allows users/organizations to access their data from anywhere.

Before SAP launched the Cloud version, there were restrictions on the system requirements from where users were accessing. But now, due to the cloud, people can access their data from anywhere, making them easy to access.
