One of the leading ERP systems, now with upgraded architecture
What do you like best about the product?
SAP has upgraded the underlying architecture of the system in S/4 Hana and it has its advantages for any large enterprise whose processes are mature
What do you dislike about the product?
implementation is time consuming and complex and required lot of bandwidth in configurations, development and testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our enterprise ERP system and helps in recording of core transactions of the company. it has made the organization more productive and is helping it scale
When you are acquainted with the codes, everything is easy.
What do you like best about the product?
A centralized place to manage your resources, human and providers. It's so easy once you get the hang of it

I felt that the learning curve was not exponential, at least for me, it took a while to get the hang of it

Instead of using paper or different systems for different products, Sap 4Hanna allows to do everything in a single place

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get used to the software, it is a beast for processing any transaction or analytics. I was impressed with the processing speed, especially for real-time analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve, and as someone without experience, it takes time & effort. But after this, it's a great software to work with!

Keeping track of the transactional data for the suppliers as well as performing analytics to help company make better decisions in the future
Best ERP on Cloud in market
What do you like best about the product?
Being 10+ years in SAP, I can tell S/4 HANA is the best ERP software in the market, especially how it's been simplified for each business process. Having it in the cloud has made it more accessible and easy maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not want to put your data in cloud, this will not be your product but you can still implement S/4HANA in on-premise landscape. I might be difficult for vast landscape to move into cloud, considering the maintenance of data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
handling finance and HR of the company is well handled in S/4HANA. we run CRM in another software but planning to integrate with S/4 in near future. Business workflows are also defined in S/4

What do you like best about the product?
The software is just amazing. Whether you are working at IT company or Manufacturing or service this one is for you.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like this software very much.
But I think they can still work on enhancing the look and feel of system. For an accountant or analytical person this is okay but for management team, a slightly more attractive dashboard is better option.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP is used in almost all the departments at our company. We are using this for Production Planning, issuance of purchase requistion, purchase order, sales invoices, accounting etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The software has lot of good features but I like following the most :
1. Audit Trails
2. Ability to generate and customise different reports

What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of training is required to understand complex processes like MRP Run / WIP Run etc. The user replacement is also a challenge since new user not necesserily will know the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us in Production Planning and record management. Also it is useful for compliances in finance, accounts and quality departments.

My Experience With SAP HANA
What do you like best about the product?
Its more useful when comes to data viewing. And we are using this tool to see consolidated reports in single portal

I am little bit concern about the User interface.

It helps us to view real time data in other words we are able to view the live data

What do you like best about the product?
Implementing SAP S/4 HANA is easy to manage; we can quickly set up the software for our assigned roles. For this software updating the current version is automatically installed; unlike the other SAP products, we need to contact the IT admin to check for updates. Overall, I recommend this software to other IT colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a beginner, using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud is confusing though they still implemented the SAP GUI for windows so that the previous users of SAP S/4 can handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By storing the correct data, objects and source codes, using SAP S/4 HANA is very reliable in terms of security. This software app has the ability to securely store it regardless of the location: in private or public cloud use.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4Hana is the greatest enterprise cloud deployment software, with the capacity to backup database-powered cloud storage for every transaction or not, but with minimal downtime. The system's integration with cross modules and performance are exceptional. Data analysis and report generation are considerably easier, and there are several basic features that may help enterprises. Excellent efficiency in generating massive data reports. Its user interface is just excellent; it contains everything a consumer requires while being simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4hana has very restricted user access, and Industry 4.0 is similarly quite constrained. Additionally included are machine data integration and data logging with a variety of IOT and PLC data. Budget-wise, installation is costly; modifications and upgrades quickly pile up, and we'll need to do regular deployments to keep up with the current version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no network or database management difficulties while using the cloud. MRP reconciliation for components, easy management of many divisions. SAP S/4HANA is simplifying complicated business processes and delivering value to the organization. Predict difficulties and make changes to the business to avoid mistakes. It solves all of a company's challenges while being simple to use. Their ERP software is so simple to use that it satisfies all of our requirements.

However, SAP S/4HANA is a complex system and it's implementation can be challenging. It requires a significant amount of time, resources, and a lot of time expertise.
