What do you like best about the product?
This is very good for the ERP and maintains the data for the business. This is very good cloud technology and its public edition is easy to use and provides the best results and clean analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the data size and complex data analysis sometimes it lacks and we need to maintain the performance. Sometimes the process or the reports take a huge time and glitches in the data but these are very minor and we can cope with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This technology is to store the data and analysis and provides good and valuable results to the customer so that they can enhance these results in their business.

Though integrated with many applications performance of the application is not degraded. Powerful standalone in memory db for financial and business transactional and analiticals.

Numerous amount T-code andmodules are there which is very hard to remember. Expensive in terms of assets, involvements and investments,

Security of audit logs is not compromised as the entry can't be deleted from the application. access of user data is more quicker due to column and row based with parallel processing.

The most helpful thing about sap is that it is quick and very much accurate. You just have to maintain your masterdata rest all is taken care of.

At times when there is low connectivity it just terminates the query that it's running. Which is quite a pain.

You rely upon customization to adjust the product to some business needs. Additionally it is over the top expensive so it can't be executed on little organizations.

SAP fostered the HANA information base to dispose of its reliance on Prophet data sets as the center motor of the product. Embedding a new tool to their ecosystem SAP S/4HANA for agreement profitability and negotiation will bring a lot of user adoption as it will help the user to track their margins, negotiations, and settlements in real-time and make informed decisions at a much faster rate.
For me, this tool is one of the best tools to help the sales and revenue teams make significant decisions without getting customers churned with quicker TAT and CSAT.

Being part of the SAP ecosystem will come in handy for companies who can afford the SAP license, making it less available in the market for small players. Configuring it requires complete technical seasoned, dedicated resources to configure and to maintain afterwards, which in turn makes it a little bit costlier than competitors.
