More Integrated Products Than ECC—A Clear Upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
Increase in integrated products when compared to ECC. Fiori provides improved user experience when compared to the ECC screens. Improved system capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of working with SAP managed services when looking to perform actions like client refresh. The challenges in working through the complexity of setting up certain integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modernizing the system architecture and providing a foundation for the next 20 years. Building AI into the application and allowing custom agent and skills development.
Intuitive UI with a Challenging Cloud Transition
What do you like best about the product?
I use SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) for creating Cost centers, WBSes, projects, and cost center line items, which helps in creating the master data for FI. I appreciate the move from the on-premise SAP ECC to this cloud solution as it provides a liability-free environment. I find the Fiori app to be more user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any show stoppers at the moment, but the initial setup was a bit of a challenge as it's a cloud transformation, particularly reflecting the business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) as a liability-free environment compared to on-premise solutions.
Incredible AI and Apps That Streamline End-to-End Processes
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is really good, all options regarding AI and new APPs are incredible. Reducing time effort is a good way to go. E2E processes are much more better.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the integrations between TM, EWM, QM and PP are too difficult to build. I as a partner is time consuming and a bunch of experience is needed for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration off the processes and interaction between areas is the way to go the business needs to work. better understanding of the information across areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Breadth of Business Capabilities accross core functionalities , Embedded intelligent processes. Capabilities in finance & professional services. Intuitive User experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stability and availability of public cloud solution especially after upgrades. Sometimes complex processes. Embedded help could be better Customer support not always helpful

Reliable ERP with Seamless Integration, Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) for its excellent reliability. It's also great that other products work seamlessly with the platform, which really empowers our users to support their goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ECS support difficult to navigate with slow response time and sometimes inaccurate responses. The initial setup was also quite complex and took us 2 years.

I find SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) easy to use and user-friendly. It offers a lot of information that is quite handy for the users.

Sometimes the integrations with other business suites.

SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) integrates manufacturing, financial, and logistics operations, resolving industry issues cohesively.
Interconnected Transactions, But Needs a Modern UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interconnections of the transactions and the reporting in SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud). One transaction, such as a stock transfer or inventory movement, can have many subtransactions that execute automatically with the main one to fit the ledger and balance sheet appropriately. This really ties everything together from requisition to sales order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is very outdated. Fiori is a little better, but there is much room for improvement to make the UI more modern and a better experience. The initial setup was not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) ties financial transactions from requisition to sales, ensuring everything is interconnected. One transaction can trigger subtransactions, updating ledgers and balance sheets automatically. I appreciate the transaction interconnections and reporting.
Automated Asset Management, Reliable Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation of Depreciation and Lifecycle in SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud). The depreciation runs are automated and consistent, and the built-in logic helps reduce manual errors. It really helps to modernize how we track, value, organize, and depreciate our fixed assets.

Fiori Apps are not always Complete or Intuitive

SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) helps modernize tracking, valuing, organizing, and depreciating fixed assets. It automates depreciation runs, ensuring they are consistent and reduces manual errors with built-in logic.
Robust Global Platform with Some UI Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to run our business across one platform while sharing global data and transactions with SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud). It allows us to quickly transfer stock or equipment, see available stock on hand, and access much more information beyond that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be hard for new users and be a bit clunky or not intuitive. There are also unnecessary fields or data that could be removed, and there should be clearer explanations of what information is requested and clearer error messages. Additionally, the initial setup process was very challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to work across multiple mine sites worldwide, run our business on one platform, easily transfer stock or equipment, and access available stock information.
