What do you like best about the product?
SAP is the most comprehensive ERP system on the market. It supports standardized business practices with enough flexibility to customize to fit any business model.
What do you dislike about the product?
The public cloud model adds more layers to security compared to privately hosted systems and adds potential failure points that could cause service disruptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4 HANA Cloud allows you to access your ERP system from any device, ensuring secure authentication each time. This cloud-based solution streamlines administration and makes it easier to keep your system updated with the latest version.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time operations: Data flows instantly across finance, logistics, and production — no delays, no overnight batch jobs. Decisions can be made with current information.
Continuous innovation: Regular cloud updates bring in the latest features, analytics, and AI tools without long upgrade projects.
Scalability and flexibility: It grows easily with the business — adding users, entities, or new geographies is far simpler than in old on-premise systems.

Customization limits: While the cloud version promotes standardization, it doesn’t allow deep tailoring like the on-premise SAP systems did.
Initial migration effort: Moving from ECC or other legacy systems can be complex and time-consuming, especially with data cleansing and process redesign.
Dependency on connectivity: Since it’s a cloud platform, performance and accessibility depend entirely on stable internet and system availability.

Limited expansion options, Still easy start
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that SAP S/4HANA Cloud serves as a development platform for our products. It is the foundation on which we build our development and create products for our customers. I find it positive that as a developer, I was provided with a ready-made system and did not have to take care of the setup myself. This has significantly eased the setup process for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is the ability for our products to better utilize the standard functions and, if necessary, the extensions. Currently, it is somewhat limited because the new Le el model and the released API do not allow us to easily adapt our existing products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our systems, we can develop products that help our customers optimize their processes.
Great Features, but different code lines and release cycles make it harder to support.
What do you like best about the product?
Easier maintenance and slightly faster implementations are possible. Access to new technologies like artificial intelligence for supporting daily business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features not available in on-prem versions. A lot of complexity when using wide spread of scenarios. Integrated help functions are not yet included, different code lines make it not easy to develop for private and public cloud in parallel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get rid of historical programs and developments, chance to start from scratch with unified processes and redesign using best practices. Bring development to a modern level.
Easier on the first view
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is better than the old SAP R3 that we used. The apps in the home menu make it easier to navigate than the list of applications used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The programm is way slower than R3. Loading times take up to half a minute and the single applications feel more complicated and are not as intuitive as navigating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new programm functions as one new all in one solution for several companies and for the future purpose to set up a shared service center with colleagues from all companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the user interface of SAP S/4HANA Cloud extremely intuitive, which makes using the system very user-friendly. The integrated technologies are a great advantage as they enable our company to make decisions faster and more informed. The preconfigured business forecasts, which are based on industry standards, are particularly valuable as they help our company to digitize and automate processes. Additionally, the initial setup of the system was surprisingly easy, which made starting with SAP S/4HANA Cloud very pleasant.

Integration with SAP & Non-SAP Cloud Services, best available process implementations, useable on every device and every peer group in the company, fast to implement, usable on most regions in the world

maybe to expensive for some start-ups, some modules are very old fashioned and do not match some new needs for some markets, sometimes hard to fine a real experts for individual solutions,

Seamless Transition with Intuitive UI and Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Fiori experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, which offers me an interactive and aesthetically pleasing interface. The AI capabilities integrated into the software are impressive and add significant value to my operations. Furthermore, the appealing look and interactive features of the platform enhance my overall experience. The system’s ease of integration with current compliance forms is another strong suit, making it very straightforward for me to adapt it within existing frameworks. The initial setup process was very simple and fast, which was a pleasant surprise in comparison to other projects I have encountered, allowing for a smooth migration of our entire system. Additionally, the vast array of functionality that SAP S/4HANA Cloud provides suited our needs perfectly, and the software's ability to help us scope and define projects in detail supports our planning and execution significantly. I am also impressed by how we could transition from ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud seamlessly, benefiting from an improved user experience and more encompassing functionality. All these aspects make SAP S/4HANA Cloud an incredible tool that I am more than happy to recommend, rating it a definite ten for recommendation to others.

I think the current state of AI scenarios and other features in SAP S/4HANA Cloud seem to be based on older or almost deprecated models. This limits the effectiveness and modernity of the service. Improving these AI models to align with contemporary standards could enhance the overall experience and utility of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud for project scope management and finding main scopes. It simplifies compliance integration, enhances interactivity with AI and Fiori experience, offering fast, simple migration from old systems.
