What do you like best about the product?
We have been using SAP ERP, CRM, and HANA in our organization in various projects and for a long time now. S/4HANA and its cloud service tremendously improved the speed of the operations. Its robust cloud architecture made the workflow seamless for supply chain and production services independent of desktop software. SAP S/4HANA is a great ERP system with built-in intelligent technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. SAP S/4HANA is a smart software, and it can be used easily by everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is little bit more. Apart from that nothing as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SAP S/4HANA for analytics purposes where data is feeding into the environment from different sources. Also, we are using an ERP system where various SAP modules can operate together for performing both transactional and analytical purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in drastic cost reduction for relatively larger business. I also helps save time across multiple decision makings. Helps in faster critical decisions making.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it reduces the overall cost of business management, the product cost is little pricy for smaller business solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP is being used by us mainly for its help in critical business decision. It saves a lot of time. Also, the automated process such as report generation and intelligent report helps in planning further steps.

S4 HANA UI is the best in the market and very quick response for any sort of reports

Still scope of improvement in terms of customer outstanding report
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business faced issues while accessing Business performance dash board & we achieved it through S4 HANA & made excellent API integration with non SAP System like AI.

S4 HANA is the best new version of ERP which will full fill doing digital way of business

The S/4 Hana has brought it some simplified changes to transaction codes and the new FIORI is a very notable product

There are certain transactions that can be made standard rather than having to create user exit since the requirement of these standard functions are major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that Hana has helped solve is it has reduced cost of data management and with new user friendly interface access being introduced it has become more easy to train the users on the transactional process in a much easier way.

Great Product in front of SAP Traditional ECC

S/4 Hana came newly to support the HANA DB.
The OS came to give the effect, simple modern interface so a user can quickly go through SAP processes.

It only supports the HANA DB, which is not good.

The business processes have been very fast processed with S/4 Hana.

What do you like best about the product?
It harness the full power of the underlying SAP HANA database, but at the same time, they standardize the technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it has many modules and each SAP module itself is a vast technology and it is always expected from a consultant that he/she should know more than one module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working on a project which has bulk of fields where so much data needs to be incorporated but handling in SAP S/4 HANA makes it quite easy and sorted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The worst nightmare one can have is the technology shutting down one day and you lose the job. But with SAP it gets updated now and then and can work with no fear for the coming years.
