Can service multiple clients from various industries with a multitude of features and run solutions on both public and private cloud. A total game changer for erp solutions

taxation solutions can be improved as per industry requirements. technical customizations currently limited in public cloud. generative ai flows can be incorporated to improve the redundant tasks and enhance the gtm speed

Speed and process management, best part is we can manage the mrp from the sap s/4 and clean to build reports for global supply manager to support demand for global teams

Sometime bit slow, and the UX UI is outdated and its a lot of information to process to start with but once you are able to spend Time in the system is good

One of the best ERP software developed by SAP team. It has faster processing and real time analytics.

Price to take the subscription is quite high.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how fast everything runs—transactions and reports are super quick. For example, when I pull up inventory data, it refreshes in real-time, which helps a lot with decision-making. The cloud-based nature of it means I can access it from anywhere, whether I’m at the office or working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes integrating with older systems is a pain. For instance, we had issues syncing SAP with our CRM system. It took longer than expected, and we had to go back and forth with the IT team to troubleshoot connection problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, different departments had their own systems, which made it hard to get a clear picture of everything in one place. Now, with everything integrated, I can see the full picture in real-time—whether it’s financials, sales, or inventory—all in one system. This is saving me a lot of time and avoiding mistakes that would happen from manually reconciling data from different places.

The things that I like the most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud are:

I believe sometimes the learning curve for SAP S/4HANA Cloud can be too steep, and you have to put in quite a bit of effort to stay up to the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us automate our core processes across accounting, invoice management, revenue management and project based ERP. We are able to quickly spot trends and make informed financial decisions which has significantly improved operational efficiency. The main positive point compared to previous versions is that being cloud-based eliminates the need for high-capacity hardware in the company, which reduces recurring maintenance costs.

It requires a steeper learning curve for certain users/administrators, the setup and licenses continue to be among the highest in the market for similar ERP solutions, and higher than previous versions of SAP and SAP HANA.

What I find least favorable about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the difficulty in tailoring the platform to highly specific requirements, often needing complex customizations. Moreover, the high implementation and maintenance costs can be a hurdle for smaller businesses that may lack the necessary infrastructure or resources to maximize its potential.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is really a good software and I have been using it since 5 years in Sun Pharma.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to mange data related to batches manufactured in each financial year, all the data complies 21 CFR and is available in the form of excel, pdf and HTML helpful in preparing APR, trend etc. Auditor also trusts this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using it daily since 5 years and faced hanging issue while using it. For new users there is no manual or workflow showing to operate this software. Hence new users face issues sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to operate and have precise transactions for different roles like batch release, material issuance, material distribution, procurement and provide data in the form of pdf, excel, HTML which is very helpful in maintenance of record's. Each department can have excess to there own transactions. Its greatest advantage is that it is having a separate server and can not be hacked easily. Earlier batch record details and location were to be manually fed in the excel while after implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud it was required only to fed location in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and rest everything it takes automatically.

What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it gives live data, which helps take quick and smart steps. It connects well with other SAP tools like SAP concur, making teamwork better. Auto updates save time. Also, built-in best methods help finish tasks faster, with fewer mistakes, and make work easier to handle. It automized process flow and improved productivity. It convert manual process flow in more efficient and organised flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is expensive, which is hard for small companies. Setting it up takes time and needs skilled people. Some parts are hard to learn without training. Updates can change tools suddenly. It doesn’t allow much change, so it may not match every business need perfectly without extra work or changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem is solved is that regulatory body trust enhance during audit which is least for manual documentations.It saves our time by automation of process flow.SAP S/4HANA Cloud brings many business jobs into one system, like Manufacturing, Quality, Store and accounts. It helps teams work better together. Live data helps in making fast and smart choices. It also reduces manual work, making tasks quicker and more correct, which improves overall business flow.
