the support technical mostly from the SAP RISE Private Cloud team is not very professional and sometimes slow also very important to have good sizing being done before moving to it

its a complete allround future proof package so it can cover a lot of areas and competences most companies need SAP had been a leader in the market for decennia so they know what is needed where
Keeps Code Standard, But Struggles with Table Reading

Do not change standard code, that is necessary to use a standard api, standard cds, standard badi. The other vantage is that news versions is automatically applies

Can not read standard tables, also in cds attributes. Is very difficoult to discover how to applies the customer requirements. It is complex to check the type of S4 2 or 3 tier

What do you like best about the product?
The standardized process helps reduce total cost of ownership and allows us to focus more on business needs rather than IT concerns. Situation handling, business AI readiness, and prebuilt automations are valuable features. Additionally, the regular delivery of new innovations keeps the system up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Rise with SAP model does not offer a complete SaaS experience, as it still requires the purchase of infrastructure SKUs. Additionally, the ability to scale infrastructure is limited due to the use of predefined SKUs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
S/4HANa assists in achieving faster account closures, and its business AI features support sales order automation as well as sales forecasting. Additionally, it offers seamless integration capabilities, with APIs available for connecting to third-party systems.
It is good product to try S/4hana cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to make enterprise to enhance business processes quickly by low cost. It doesn't need to prepare hardware and start it quickly in few months.

We have to fit standard functions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud but sometimes we need the function to meet local law or business process but S/4HANA Cloud doesn't allow to do that way.

It help client to enable ERP system within few months. All branches can access the system from global sides.The client doesn't need to take care of IT architecture and reduce the operation cost
Simple maintenance, but upgrade control needs improvement

simple maintenance, fast innovation, integration into the cloud, integration into SAP Cloud ALM and Focused Run, web access via browser, little security necessary

Control of upgrades and release cycles, problems with transportation, if a transport over release cycles should be open, this leads to problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection of international exhibitors and offices can be easily realized with this solution. It also makes sense with regard to network connections.
Seamless S4 HANA Data Integration Enhances Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features is the ability to connect data from the S4 HANA database. The data extracted can then be utilized for additional functions, such as integration with BTP. Although I have only used S4 HANA Cloud once, I still clearly recall how impressive and powerful the technology was.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting to other functions such as BTP can be complex. I have used S4 HANA Cloud once, and I found it challenging to figure out how to transfer data extracted from one system to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before introduing S4 HANA Cloud into my workplace, i mean when I was using S4 HANA system, data in S4 HANA was scattered, data was controlled only by engineer. now I can see the whole data.
Simple and User-Friendly, But Lacks Customization Options

Simplicity with ux and apps available in the browser. Standard looking ux across all apps and simplified fiori experience on the platform.easy business process setup and understanding
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to customise it like it’s possible with on prem systems. Limited extension possible. No customers enhancement and redefinition possible.limited business or custom business process changes possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s good for smaller plants and companied with limited business process forsatallite systems . It is quick to prototype and go live with when compared to a full template development and rollouts
Essential for Running My Business
What do you like best about the product?
I am a ABAP developer. So I am happy that it is based on ABAP. With ABAP it is easy to extend. It is easy to extend, to adapt and to customize. Fiori / UI5 is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said I am a developer. Sometimes it is not that easy to extend because a lot of apis or interfaces are note released to extend. And some important Fiori apps do not fulfill the required topipc. e.g. compare VA01 and Sales order Fiori App. Or check out Equipment maintenance in GUI or Fiori.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a developer, focus abap. For me as a developer it is - if released - easy to extend standard processes. We have created add ONS, based on abap which still run on s/4
