What do you like best about the product?
Transcend keeps everything privacy-related within the platform and saves my team hundreds of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things tend to break because Transcend integrates with so many external tools, but their support team is always quick to help support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend allows us to remove data from all platforms and keeps all privacy requests in one spot.

GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA are regulations support, anonymization of user data

sometimes support is delayed so need to figure out solution which can impact business.

Transcend helped us meet our compliance goals
What do you like best about the product?
Transcend's built in consent manager preferences as well as their DSAR tool made implementation simple. It also means that on an ongoing basis we are able to keep tabs on our processors and ensure they are appropriately categorized for consent purposes. Customer support was super responsive and helpful. Integrations are continously being added and updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the "integrations" are just email notifications, which is frustrating. Hopefully these will mature with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making some of our privacy processes user friendly and accessible to users.

The flexibility of their integrations is phenomenal.
It's allowed us to fully automate our entire DSR flow saving us hours of work per week

What do you dislike about the product?
The web UI is fairly slow. Occasionally taking 3 mins to load a single page.
Bulk actions are limited without utilizing Transcend's API
Initial implementation takes a long time. This is less on Transcend, and more on the variations between other tools API availability and ease of use.

It's managing all our consent management, cookie tracking, data privacy, and dsar programs.

Transcend helps in the deletion requests made by the user's which in-turn impacts the account access

Multiple level of access being inititated with in the same tool

Transcend provides insight details of the user's account and helps us to take decisions based on the deletion requests made with in the accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I just bought Transcend for the second time. At my previous company, it allowed us to automate thousands of privacy requests, which saved headcount and reduced time spent on manual tasks. The implementation was incredibly helpful, including custom engineering from one of the founders to solve a couple tricky integrations. We are in the process of implementing Transcend at my new company and expect similar excellent results.

No dislikes to date. The team and the product have been great.

What do you like best about the product?
It is automated and easy to send out to candidates. A literal click of the button makes it quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have no user issues with transcend. I wish when we changed the dropdown menu to LBI notice needed that it automatically added the candidadate to the network

I use transcend to send a privacy policy as part of our commitment to data privacy and security. It allows us to share information with clients before an interview.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend has removed a complicated manual process that was being completed by agents and automated it. We have lessened our non-compliance risk due to privacy laws.

Transcend was able to automate our organization's data privacy management. Prior to Transcend, this was a complicated manual process due to multiple external platforms that our organization used.
Amazing tool for privacy management

Transcend it's very simple to use, while at the same time covering all of the needs from our org related to privacy

The config as code tool needs more development

We use Transcend to handle all of our Access, Erasure and Opt out of sale requests, Transcend also acts as the coordinator between all of our data silos
