Great support team and a tool with a lot of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Transcend made our team's work-life much better, it is able to provide automated solutions which make the team save quite some time. Moreover, I think they have a great support team, they are always available to clarify doubts over email or chat channels and to provide you with solutions tailored to your needs. I appreciate that they never exclude the possibility to make something happen, upon a client's request. Also the reporting piece is quite nice, I appreciate that you can download a report with just one click and you don't need to wait extra time to have it downloaded on your laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can say I dislike. Perhaps, the one thing I would develop further would be the look of the dashboard which seems still too "simple" and in the staging phase, however, the functionalities in there work perfectly. It's just about the look, otherwise, the dashboard works smoothly and it's also very easy to learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated our Data Subject Access Rights module thanks to Transcend, coming from a more manual process. The main benefit so far has been saving a lot of time and cutting on repetitive, manual, actions done by agents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just ask for what you need and for sure someone from the team will support you to see if there's anything they can do.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a large company that has many moving parts and pieces. Trancend allows us to be prepared for anything in the privacy world that may arise in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty challenging to think of anything that I dislike about Transcend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving users the power to own their data and control its publication. Allows our team better bandwidth when dealing with new privacy request requirements.
Transcend has been a great partner and enabled us to be compliant with all CCPA obligations.
What do you like best about the product?
The Transcend privacy portal is great, but even more so, I enjoy their team. They are very thorough and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, I do not have any dislikes of Transcend. They continue to improve product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have become CCPA compliant with Transcend and have met our other privacy/data sharing obligations, which is critical for a FinTech company.

Just take the plunge. You won't regret it.

Using transcend to manage and usually delete user data. The process is quick and painless

Transcend loads quickly. The service is always reliable without outages.

The status info (left side of page) could be clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to find out where accounts are in deleted accounts flow. It has provided the benefit of being able to tell clients if they've deleted their accounts or started the process. Clients appreciate that transparency.
Easy Onboard. Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to onboard and connect with all of our data platforms. We evaluated multiple other services and Transcend was by far the best option for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of cons here. In general, there were some issues with connections at first but it was quickly fixed up with their team

Privacy requests have been automated and it saves our team a lot of time and troubles dealing with our users

I like that the layout is straightforward and intuitive. The technical support is superb.
We have had no significant issues since implementation.
After using a while now I can confirm that it is very relaiable but what is the most diference is the support and contact you have with the guys from transcend. Its almost like a family. Very satisfied with the coooeration and will allways recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a real dislike, but the information in the DSAR module could be laid out in a more compact manner. I think the interface needs a bit od improovement but overall not a big issue. I would like to have more, more customisable dashboards for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had some issues with understanding how it operates with internal systems.
The most significant benefit is the time-saving in processing data requests and how simple tracking has become.

I like the DSAR integration flow with Transcend.It works seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
We faced some challenges while integrating with Transcend example: sometimes DSAR requests moved to queue state.After followup these issues got resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the DSAR integration flow with Transcend. It works seamlessly. Before we will via manual process and a separate team was assigned for the DSAR process.

The initiate meetings. Track and manage privacy for all the various states.

Price and with that said I have nothing to compare the cost of their service.

Allowing customers to opt-out or download their privacy information according to the various state's privacy and regulatory laws.
