Overview of my experience with Transcend

What do you like best about the product?
In my flow, I use Transcend's service to navigate the process of Patreon account deletions. I am consistently met with a clean interface that leaves no questions regarding the status of an account deletion. I've always been pleased with how quick and thorough the Transcend team is in providing support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have not yet experienced any issues that would warrant complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deletion of a given User's account is a sensitive process. It is imperative that I'm able to follow the said process from beginning to end with as much detail as possible. Transcend enables me to confidently support Users in this way.

Smart and reliable privacy request management

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend manages erasure and access requests and evaluates our user data in a quick, efficient process that is not too much lift for our engineering team. We're very happy with the interface and intuitive usability of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any bones to pick about Transcend. The Transcend team is very responsive whenever our APIs have a problem or we have a request that is stuck. Love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Transcend for privacy requests relating to erasure and access for a user's data that is stored by us or any of our data processing vendors. We will be implementing the Consent Manager next month.

Easy to use, one-stop shop!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is in the one place with Transcend. GDPR and privacy requests can be handled with ease, and compliance and policies can all be managed centrally in the one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of something I dislike about Transcend. Everything seems to work pretty seamlessly - at least with the way my company has configured it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend is helping Pluralsight manage its GDPR compliance and privacy policies. Having all compliance policies in the one place helps staff like myself maintain and update the policies, with instantaneous effect. Using Transcend to manage GDPR helps us respond to and review data deletion and access requests, reducing our risk of non-compliance with GDPR.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Transcend as a reference tool as its extremely legible and simple to understand. Additionally, service is prompt and accurate!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could integrate Transcend information directly within my Zendesk operations, but that could simply be a ZD limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend allows me to ensure customers their data is secure and is being handeled with utmost care. Simply put, Transcend allows me to do my job with ease!

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend is an intuitive tool that helps us take care of deleting sensitive data in a timely basis. The platform is user-friendly and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their emails to our clients could have more details but other than that, its a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend is helping us delete sensitive account data provided by our users, while giving them control on this process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that overthing is very clear and concise so it is easy to follow the required steps to complete projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that almost everything is white background with simlar fonts. I know that sounds silly but sometimes colored/different font catagories are easier to navigate/locate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account managing with Opendoor and OSNational. I have realized how beneficial it is with how quickly editing is completed

Building a great privacy UX with Transcend

What do you like best about the product?
While we were searching for a privacy vendor to automate our DSAR system we came across Transcend and were thoroughly impressed. Transcend took our very hands-on manual process into automation and gave back so many hours in the week to our teams and myself as the Privacy Program Manager. Not only that, we have gotten great feedback from appreciative users (even after deletion!) letting us know how easy the process was to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
This one is a tough. They are quite responsive and helpful when questions arise so I don't have anything to say here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously processing requests was a very manual process. Our customer service agents would read through user tickets, flag if it was related to privacy, and send it to us on the legal team. We’d vet the user for authentication purposes and then do a manual internal review to make sure we weren’t required to keep the data for any reason. If we were all set there, we’d pass the request on to our teams and ask them to update data deletion in a spreadsheet. Each of our teams was required to participate—across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations. Transcend automated this entire process and removed the hours of manual review.
