What do you like best about the product?
The integrations to all third-party apps. This was a very manual process before using Transcend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI interface can be a bit confusing at times. Some CTAs are different on each page and some of it can be a little disjointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend is letting our users make data requests on their own, and is streamlining that entire process. There is a lot less manual work for us to do on the backend which is great!

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness. It is extremely easy to learn and use. It's also allowed our firm to be effectively compliant and transparent with our clients and candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. There was one issue of candidates not receiving their email but Transcend quickly and efficiently addressed and resolved the issue. The response time was amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend assists our firm in being compliant with auditing agencies and transparent with our clients and candidates in real-time. It gives us a sense of pride and shows we care about the way we present ourselves as a company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the data is easily organized. You can easily view open requests, export them, complete the work, then close the requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the "Bulk Respond" section only allows you to choose one integration at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend has helped us organize our Data Privacy requests and all of the related information. It has greatly expedited the processing of requests and made them easier to log.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend lives up to its promise of integrating across your tech stack to create a clear, usable map of existing data silos and easily execute data subject requests.

There is endless customization alongside a deep knowledge of data privacy regulations. Transcend understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to data privacy and has built a tool that allows flexibility - whether that's integrating with in-house applications, an email template for every occasion, or an easy-to-navigate platform for Branding teams to customize the appearance of everything.

I don't say this lightly - Transcend thought of everything, and several times a week I wish the team behind Transcend could build all of my tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started documentation is excellent and the team is always available to answer questions - but I would like more detail in some of the documentation, especially around some of the integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Privacy requests and consent management - which quickly becomes a "putting the cart before the horse" issue, but with Transcend's platform we have all of the information we need. Transcend gave us the tools to roll out robust consent management inside our existing processes and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend made it easy to implement a solution that ensured we were compliant by the deadline we wanted to hit. It also allowed for the customization we wanted to ensure our customers weren't inundated with banners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcend requires a fair amount of work upfront to classify the cookies and pixels already on your site. It would be convenient if it could automatically categorize for us based on industry knowledge and naming conventions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to comply with privacy regulations that took effect on January 1st. It allowed our customers to block trackers and cookies across our site and gave us insights into the use of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
With a small engineer team we needed a solution for privacy and data governance that would work off the shelf. Transcend is a great solution for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really list any strong complaints -it does the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have limited engineering resources so we cannot afford to build this technology ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend provided great support to our team as we implemented our consent management program. They were very responsive whenever we had questions, and really took their time to make sure we understood the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any issues working with the platform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the industry-wide focus on data privacy and consent, Transcend has been really helpful making sure our website is compliant with all rules and regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tool that's easy to use. Has the right level of functionality that we were looking for and one of the best things is how it connects into our current tech stack
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to capture here as we have only recently adopted the solution but as we utilise this more, I am sure there will be additional things that can be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped to identify all of our Data Subject Access Requests in one centralised place which makes it easy to identify any gaps. The ability to delete all data for given users as well is super helpful when managing data.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is Transcend a comprehensive tool that handles user verification and integrates with our many SaaS tools and internal databases, their dev tools allow us to quickly configure access and deletion requests and classify datapoints directly in code, saving us countless hours of work.

In addition, their development team has been incredibly helpful with any issues we've had and super mobile with creating new features that we need. Super nice people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost everything about Transcend -- the one caveat is that they're a relatively newer company on the scene so they are missing some features I'd like to see. However, they're incredibly agile about adding new things so this isn't really an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend creates a platform to, among other use cases, allow companies to host a privacy portal with a place to submit data privacy requests. The ability to orchestrate all of these requests is super helpful and saves us a ton of time, letting us easily stay in compliance with privacy laws.

What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive, friendly, and attentive support provided vided by the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some menus are not easily found (but the support team could fix it as requested.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I had trouble using "Load Policy" function and asked a question via Slack channel. Mike kindly helped me with it.
2. Asked a question about "(Policy) Titles" and localized pages. Mike answered the question right away.
3). I didn't see the imported file after pressed "Import CSV file" button. MIke (again) helped me with it.
I'm Localization Project Manager and always appreciate the attentive support provided for localizing policy pages via Transcend.
