Intuitive, User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
As a Support Representative, Transcend has been super easy to use when supporting customers! Reports and processes are easy to understand and relay information to customers. Using Transcend is much better than the previous deletion process we were using!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not personally encountered any pain points with Transcend yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring users have complete and thorough deletions that are in compliance with GDPR rules. It feels good knowing we are taking care of customer data how we should!
Great data privacy management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand the process and it has a very good workflow design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced several times of connection losts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data privacy. Transcend helps us manage all data privacy requests.
Privacy Request Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I was easily able to review access for information, deletion, and opt requests sent by customers who want to manage the personal information our business collects on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing about this tool I disliked nor anything that didn't work properly while utilizing this tool either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Privacy Center utilizes Transcend to maintain these requests and share any data with the customer through encryption, which is a huge benefit for compliance testing purposes.
Transcend provides a great solution for data governance and compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy we can review what data was deleted and an estimate of how long the deletion will take. Also love the Transcend support team, they are always quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
How our company integrated the product with our systems. We set it up with too many internal tasks that were not being completed by our engineering teams that made us out of compliance. This issue went on for months with deletions taking 11 months to be completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GDPR requests! Can't wait until we have DSAR requests setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend has been an excellent partner-- Handling their duties swiftly and efficiently, and their support team is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say here. They've been wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with Transcend to help with account and data deletion in accordance with the GDPR. I've also worked personally with members of their team to help us solve some tricky edge cases related to account data.
Thorough system with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail and insights provided, along with the excellent support from the Transcend team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention as a dislike. It is working fine and we are getting good support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to categorize our data flows and cookies more efficiently. Privacy security is on point.
Saves me time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how getting set up was easy and that they are able to connect to many different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still having to manually erase data from Shopify. There is still no way to auomate this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have saved our team hours of work and has helped us stay on top of new privacy laws.

Transcend is easy and intuitive to use. It's a tool I use every day at work.

Sometimes the information on display can seem confusing.

Transcend is a tool we use at work to find what's the status of the accounts of the users that reach out.
A straightforward, all-in-one solution for data compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly straightforward to set up, with new features added regularly

Not all of our services are compatible yet.

Transcend has quickly allowed us to reshape our approach to data governance and compliance.
It is a simple tool, and communication with the team is great.

It is very intuitive and the overall experience feels great. The team is very responsive to any questions we might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is something that I might be missing and that exists, but a few workshops or trainings from the transcend team would be useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, it's a clearer way of managing user data and fully deleting a user from the platform. We are able to clearly identify what stage a user is in, and potentially reverse the process quickly.
