What do you like best about the product?
Transcend is easy and intuitive to use. It's a tool I use every day at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information on display can seem confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend is a tool we use at work to find what's the status of the accounts of the users that reach out.

A straightforward, all-in-one solution for data compliance

It's incredibly straightforward to set up, with new features added regularly

Not all of our services are compatible yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend has quickly allowed us to reshape our approach to data governance and compliance.
It is a simple tool, and communication with the team is great.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and the overall experience feels great. The team is very responsive to any questions we might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is something that I might be missing and that exists, but a few workshops or trainings from the transcend team would be useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, it's a clearer way of managing user data and fully deleting a user from the platform. We are able to clearly identify what stage a user is in, and potentially reverse the process quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
it's really easy to set up data silos in Transcend to manage and track data subject requests, especially when you have multiple data stores.
Also, you can set up dependencies on the data silos so that the data requests can be processed in order.

One thing I noticed is the `processed requests` tab under the data silo always errored out when I tried to see the processed requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Transcend to manage data compliance requests by our clients. We have different data silos, each of which represents an application data store we own. We then write our own scripts to process those requests per data silo.
Transcend has been an amazing tool and an incredible team to work with during implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The teams responsiveness, the feature adds they continue to make and their wide variety of tools. I would recommend Transcend to anyone looking for a data privacy partner.

Nothing comes to mind! I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the product and the team - and we will continue to work with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Transcend as our third party data privacy product - it is helping us meet compliance requirements and process data requests. We are also in the process of implementing another one of their tools - the consent manager.

Good detailed view of customer request status. Transcend support staff are responsive on Slack.

Dashboard is a little slow to load different sections of data when looking at individual customer requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinate the deletion of customer personally identifiable information. Transcend helps us manage this over our microservices and also gives us a centralised place to view and manage these deletion events.

Transcend helps us in automating our GDPR response for our clients. It allows us to automate our GDPR requests and close them in a timely manner to ensure we are compliant with the EU laws.

It is a nice product. Not much to dislike as it performs the required task properly for the teams.

Resolving GDPR requests and automating them to ensure our support and engineering teams are not bogged down by GDPR compliance requirements. The automation has helped ease the burden on our internal teams, freeing them up to perform amazing engineering work.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a DevOps engineer, first time using a data privacy tool and implementing it. The learning curve was delightful. The support we received regarding industry best practices, implementation, and feature requests was phenomenal!
Overall, it is definitely the simplicity that made it easy to work with.

Nothing to dislike. Transcend kept the UI and features simple. Any questions I had the documentation answered my questions and the tech was very responsive on any future features and optimization.

With Transcend, we wanted to offer the power of control for sensitive information back to our customers. Also, to assure customers the type of data we store and whom we share with vendors.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. They Did not have jwt token implementation steps for Java when I was implementing it, have to do a lot of research before implementing it

Streamlined internal data privacy processes and great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Before transcend, our engineering teams tediously manually triaged and completed inbound requests for data privacy from guests. With Transcend, the process is not only more streamlined but saves our teams so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note that our team dislikes about the product, but the product is fairly new and like most, can use improvements to supported integrations, support, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CCPA and GDPR compliancy. Overall Transcend saves our internal and external teams tons of time.
