Transparency for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how they stay comitted to their promise of improving customer relationships through respectful and compliant data transparency, consent, and control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I really enjoy the company!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Privacy at the forefront, always.
Loved the over all features present in it. Makes it easier to navigate through.

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess everything is good. Maybe using Transcend down the line I might find something that I may dislike but as of now, it's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not started it using it to solve problems yet. I'm yet to get started.
Very comprehensive, user friendly and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how straight to the point it is, how the design is very simple and easy to look at, how easy it is to find information I need and how all buttons are easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say some processing improvement is necessary, the overall speed of processing requests. Would love to see it behave faster and would also love for it to be easier to find support on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally we use Transcend to track requests for account deletion that our users either ask us to do for them or do it themselves and want to hear updates. I mostly use Transcend to either submit an account for deletion or see it's status.
A huge time saver for our Data privacy team
What do you like best about the product?
Before Transcend, it took us a few hours to process and compile data privacy requests from our customers or perform data deletion requests from our systems. With Transcend, the processes are now all automated and the whole process requires a few minutes to complete by us, while Transcend does all the heavy lifting for us
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcend is still a bit younger company and as such, the product may not be as polished as one would wish. Mostly in regards to some integrations or implementation to less known cloud providers. Transcend is constantly adding more integrations though and their support team was always there to help us to resolve any technical challenges, even on a shared Slack channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use Transcend to provide customers with information about what data we store about them in our internal systems or with our vendors as well as performing data deletion requests using Transcend. We are also currently exploring their Consent manager feature.
Easy and intuitive platform for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Transcend offers a really clean and simple user interface. My team is able to get through thousands of requests a month and the options to complete tasks are straightforward and, again, intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a really uncomplicated system, however, understanding what each step in the Progress tracker meant did take a bit of learning. The guidelines are pretty clear and easy to understand now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend has streamlined our team's efforts in taking care of accounts in a quick and efficient manner. We've been able to cut down on time spent working through tickets and supporting people much faster.
Great Product & Support
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to implement their consent manager. Following the instructions given to us we were able to get it up and running in our staging environment in a few hours, the team at Transcend has been accommodating - they are responsive on our shared Slack channel and over email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been any critical pain points that I've encountered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The privacy center has made our life much easier - could not imagine life without it. We were able to achieve expedited compliance and reduce our engineering effort. The consent manager also saved us from a big engineering lift.
Probably one of best tool for data deletion and privacy
What do you like best about the product?
The top features I like are its configuration UI, not just easy but also has documentation and steps clearly described. Adoption and support team members are committed to helping and walkthrough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I can configure it for sandbox vs production environments for the platforms. The deletion request processing trails could be better, for example - Notification for the request is not clear to who is it sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Transcend for both data privacy and deletion request. One feature that came out of the box was reporting. Which is cool. Also, this has saved us a lot of time keeping data deletion requests orchestrated in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We researched on more than 4 tools and even estimated implementing ourselves. Transcend is a better value proposition than any other solution in market including building ourselves. So I highly recommend Transcend.
Streamlined process for data privacy removal
What do you like best about the product?
Transcend is a very easy to use and user-friendly tool for managing erasure of user data through an efficient process. I love how simple and quick it has been to integrate into our services!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's been a great product so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is currently using Transcend for user erasure requests. It would've been so much more challenging to build this tool from scratch. Thankfully we didn't have to!
Made the GDPR compliance process simple and painless. Support could not have been better
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a software engineer, and this is the 2nd time I've been involved in implementing the code side of GDPR compliance. It is a complicated maze to navigate and in hindsight the first implementation had some holes. Transcend made it so simple -- really just bind a few webhooks and listeners and we're good to go! They took care of 3rd party integrations with our Billing and Sibscription service (ChargeBee in our case). Additionally, but maybe even more important than the simplicity was the level of support -- above and beyond. Again as a software developer, it's not unusual to wait days for technical hurdles to be addressed, and sometimes they don't -- you have to work around the 3rd party product. Transcend support was amazingly fast, responsive, and accomodating -- TBH it was like they were as invested in us getting this right as we were. Outstanding company!!

Transcend is changing my life as a customer support agent
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Transcend is one of the most user-friendly tools I use on a daily basis. It is super accurate and the reports are very easy to comprehend. It is also extremely easy to stop the process when the user has made a mistake so it has helped our users a lot by not making the process as difficult as other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I personally dislike in the product, for me has always worked perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping users delete their accounts and with Transcend we can see the entire process and the report on the entire process and make changes until a certain part of the process is done.
