What do you like best about the product?
Transcend and the automation process makes our work more organized and coordinated and let us focus on other goals
The tool is easy to use and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent technical issues, requests often get stuck in compiling, which in most cases requires help from Transcend team and can't be fixed by our team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend and the automation process makes our work more organized and coordinated and let us focus on other goals
Our customers are satisfied with a provided help and almost immediately giving them a solution

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend currently manages our data deletion requests; it’s a straightforward solution that does what we need it to do! The team has also been rapid and responsive whenever we’ve had questions come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! Whenever we've had a new integration that needs set up, it's been a quick and easy process!

What do you like best about the product?
The automated workflow for managing data deletion requests cut down manual work for our operations team. Once everything is set up, there is very little additional oversight needed to keep things running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration was a little bit trickier than expected due to our companies unique needs, but the Transcend team was very helpful and responsive to guide us throughout the process and launched many new features to support our personalized use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up in the changing regulatory environment requires us to pay careful attention to our users' data rights across multiple internal and 3rd party systems, while at the same time ensuring a positive user experience. Transcend has allowed us to outsource many of pain points of this process while allowing enough fine tuning to support our business and brand requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the open style of communication for changes/updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not exactly sure HOW to use everything or why in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping data easily visible and translatable. Saving time and diminishing confusion is a considerable benefit indeed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Transcend in our case has been the ability of our business teams to fully manage the set up, configuration, workflows, branding and more - all without any involvement from our internal tech teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific dislike. Transcend doesn't solve a huge range of features (at least not that we are using) but for the features it specializes in, it does them excellently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage/organize incoming customer privacy requests. Automate the workflows behind those requests. And also for displaying our privacy policy and related documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Transcend has a great support team, and it is very beneficial during setup and throughout the relationship.

None at this time. Everything seems to be working as expected.

Privacy issue. Through the platform, we are ensuring that our company's privacy is up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
My compliance team has one place to track the completion of requests. We don't have to coordinate in email, slack, JIRA, etc to get it done.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have hit a few issues configuring the tool to suit our needs. Transcend supports many different steps in the workflow, so we have needed their help to get things running efficiently. They have been helpful and responsive through our adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GDPR requests are easier to track. We don't worry about violations anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you run into any issues, get help directly from the Transcend team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Transcend. The system is fully automated and straightforward.
I use it all the time for work, from access to deletion requests and more. It's an overall great tool for privacy and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my usage for Transcend is for user deletion requests. Transcend has made the process simpler and faster which leads to great customer satisfaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Transcend for data managing and deletion because it's fast, easy to use and the support is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we are able to check the account deletion status and let the customer know exactly how much time the deletion and erasure of accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that many times customer request erasure of accounts and the process expires
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcend is able to perform steps of account deletions on customer behalf and support agents do not need to delete the account on their side.

Flexible system with great service

What do you like best about the product?
Transcend gives us a roadmap to scale our privacy processes across our current business landscape and into the future with mergers and acquisitions. We would have a difficult time tackling privacy without Transcend. Customer service is some of the best I have experienced!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike, it is a newer product that has some quirks but as bugs or issues are found fixes come very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automated our DSAR process with Transcend. The benefit is automation, people are able to focus on their job not on fulfilling DSAR requests.
