A great LMS solution for real estate, incorporating everything we need.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and customization, along with the service from the Northpass team in assisting with design, content creation, ideas, and integration with other proprietary and 3rd-party systems. The range of analytics is key in mapping success and adoption of tools and programs. The functionality within Northpass is impressive, and has given us use-cases and content ideas beyond where we were initially searching. We're now leveraging Northpass across our system, for employees and 1099 agents, and Northpass allows us to create and deliver content across our organization, and be able to analyze the results and adjust as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Northpass has enormous functionality, beyond other LMS systems that we'd investigated, and at times that can make it confusing. The good news is that the team helps immensely with any need, helping admins learn how to use the functionality. It's not a cookie-cutter LMS, and while that might make it seem more complicated, it is exactly what we wanted to ensure our brand carried through the platform, and that we have all of the functionality we need as we grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the ongoing challenge of adoption, and on-demand learning that is easy to find and engage with. We want to be able to target specific roles and individuals within our organization to drive learning for new employees and agents, and drive adoption of our programs and tools to create the bond between our proprietary tools and their business, and help our agents sell as much real estate as possible. We've seen increased engagement with our on-demand video learning far beyond our previous light LMS, and Northpass has allowed us to completely brand our academy.

What do you like best about the product?

I'm sure there's a solution, but based on what I've seen, we could use more UI customization to keep consistency with our brand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used it as a training tool that doubles as a nice friction point for recruiting

What do you like best about the product?
Covid-19 made it difficult for everyone - it was nice when I received a call from the team. Able to ask all the questions without having to keep sending email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during 2020, due to Covid-19, response time from the team was very long using email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to upload our Contact Center's training - facilitating the process for our team members. The ease of completing the courses through bambooHR is great.

Northpass surpassed my expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several learning platforms through the years. Northpass is the easiest to use. It has handy tools within the system which makes having to have a separate authoring software unnecessary. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass has made the ability to train staff on a regular basis very easy. Updating training modules is much smoother and takes minimal time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Northpass support and implementation are phenomenal. The platform also has a ton of developer customization that will allow medium to large, or complex organizations to really have a customized platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
With it being so developer-focused, it is difficult for a smaller company or one with not as many resources. I will admit we do not use a majority of the functions just from a resource standpoint, but that is on us, not Northpass. We knew that it was a fairly customize platform.

Northpass has opened up online trackable training for our employees

What do you like best about the product?
That it integrates with BambooHR seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot upload questions from outside sources, typing can be a pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees are in the field, and our industry requires a lot of training. Northpass has allowed us to do the online training for orientations, required weekly safety training, as well as a multitude of other training that they usually would not have access to or they would have to complete on paper. Then tracking through Bamboo makes it easier to ensure it is complete. It is seamless, and they do not know they are using Northpass.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Northpass as a BambooHR user. I do not know if there is a better LMS platform out there, but the Bamboo integration makes it the best choice for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Northpass comes out with regular updates, and I have seen it regularly improve on small and large scale aspects. This says to me that the potential here is limitless.

Something I greatly appreciate is that Brian (who I believe is assigned to my account) has been very helpful in helping me find solutions. He even connected me with a member from product management (I believe?) to help go over a new feature to try navigating through some particular issues I was facing with my product and how we might be able to maximize my usage.

Very much appreciative of their effort and time to make sure that I have the solutions I need to make my product work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are aspects with data analysis that leaves me wanting, but I know that they are rolling out changes soon, so it will be exciting to see how this transforms and what new features might impact this in a strong and positive way.

One aspect that I hope gets addressed is that sometimes the milestones feature can cause glitches, and I end up needing to manual unstuck a learner when they notify me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide training to clients. Overall, Northpass is clean, simple and intuitive for the learner, even for learners who are older and not as tech savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can add people and send them invites for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure there is anything I dislike about it at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting training taken care of with employees. In the past, we use to do all our training on paper, and now it is so much simpler and easier to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize just about any part of the platform. It does require development expertise, but we can customize the product to our taste.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how un-intuitive to use. Publishing courses can be confusing, domain setup can be confusing, learning paths are limited (they're not really paths as much as they are blocks of courses). It's just not an intuitive interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Education for our customers. Our customers actively engage with the content on our Academy.
