Northpass - changing the game for hiring gig workers!

What do you like best about the product?
Northpass can easily be implemented into other systems to create video trainings/quizzes. Quickly see analytics to make improvements to these courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a hiccup with users getting stuck but has been fixed and working great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass is able to reach our users more efficiently and in their own time. We can also keep our brand messaging consistent from user to user.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the media upload and being able to replace the documents . THe customisation is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could like events a bit better to out look calendars, I also wish that we could search for Media files when looking to upload scorm files in courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass is giving us analytics, along with a user friendly system which is enhancing self led learning.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Customer Success & Support team. The team is always quick to answer and understands the WHY behind our requests without ever needing to explain it to them.

The UI is highly user-friendly and it just makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of the platform are still a work in progress. The reporting can be enhanced a bit, and there are small platform functionalities we have asked for that should already be there. The significant part, though, is that the team has addressed those areas and is already looking at enhancing them for us and other platform users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online learning is how the world is going these days, especially in Global organizations. This platform has helped launch our new hire onboarding program, and we can now track employees' product and system knowledge. Our company's retention has not been the best, and this is hopefully going to improve it across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Gainsight have a responsive team who have taken care of our needs right from the outset. They've worked closely with us to understand the solution we want to deliver and have helped us achieve our goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it was the inability to reach individual learners to remind them of outstanding course activities, but we worked with the Gainsight dev team who delivered a solution that remedied this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to offer a blended learning solution is key to the success of our global education program. The Gainsight LMS allows us to deliver our courses and educational assets to students all around the globe.

What do you like best about the product?
Northpass has been an excellent solution for our training needs. We have used the learning management system in a variety of ways to educate our learners, including on-demand courses for self-paced learning and hybrid training that includes live or virtual instruction and accessing material online in Northpass. Northpass allows us to use many tools in the learning process, including video instruction, quizzes, surveys, attaching supporting documents, and assignment submissions. Northpass has native integration with Hubspot, our CRM, and allows us to reach and engage with new audiences and automate our communication. Northpass is highly customizable and compliments our brand perfectly.

The team at Northpass is extraordinary. They are highly responsive, very involved, and provide guidance to elevate our student's experience. I want to give special recognition to Nergis Tepeli, who has assisted us in every step of building our learning center, and Hubert Dykiel, who has been a great partner in customizing our learning center.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feedback we have would be to streamline the assignment submission and grading process so there are fewer clicks and the learner's email is not involved. We would prefer to communicate with the learner in Northpass regarding their assignment submission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Northpass is working on our ability to view a student's quiz score instantaneously, which is important to us.

Northpass LMS Is Great

What do you like best about the product?
Northpass LMS has the tools and technology that I require to do my job, and the pricing is better than other vendors. The team at Northpass has been instrumental in getting all of my needs met, and we were able to have a soft launch of the LMS with in two weeks!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Northpass LMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to have a customer-facing LMS that has reasonable pricing and all the requisite technology to run a SaaS product academy including Instructor-Led Training options, Learning Paths, easy Course creation, certifications and good analytics.

Exception Customer Service from an Industry Leader

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down, Northpass has some of the best customer service in the business. My contacts at Northpass Nergis Tepeli and Travis Nardin respond to any issues or concerns with speed and efficiency. They are always prepared with multiple viable solutions to solve our business needs and will patiently and methodically work with us throughout the implementation process. Moreover, I greatly value that they place emphasis on knowing their clients and understanding how we use Northpass to solve our needs. This is obviously a top-down mentality at Northpass as their CEO Stephen Cornwell took the time to meet with me to better understand my role and how Northpass might be able to better support us going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Northpass offers a great product! No dislikes here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass provides learning and training solutions for our workforce of over 100,000 gig workers. We leverage their platform to share knowledge, offer certifications, and provide on-going professional development.

Fantastic Partnership with NorthPass

What do you like best about the product?
NorthPass has created a genuinely customizable LMS that looks great and functions nicely. Beyond the product, my interaction with NorthPass employees has been superb. Our CSM is always available for feedback or questions. The support team responds quickly and is willing to help troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any product, we have found some limitations or needs we have that are not yet available. NorthPass is constantly iterating and finding room for improvement. I can always bring feedback to our CSM to see if we can look into adding items to the product to utilize our academy to the best of its ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NorthPass is providing a robust LMS that houses our training material. Training & Education is a vital component to any business. We have found that our customers return to the training to manage their connections with retailers more effectively. Without NorthPass, we wouldn't have a strong foundation for that training material.
