Great product, great company
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extermely intuitive. From a platform perspective, namely utilizing the platform itself to meet our business outcomes, it was easy and seamless to use. The integrations take some work, but they are comprehensive and well worth the time. The team we work with is (and the team we worked with during implementation was) extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The integrations that we required for launch required slightly more work than we anticipated, but, overall, it's been a great experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Skilljar Customer Education Platform is solving for us is the ability to gain insights and collect data on how customers and team members are engaging with our learning content. It is also assisting us in creating efficiencies in our content creation processes.
Our experience with Gainsight CE "Northpass" has been outstanding.
What do you like best about the product?
The support we receive from our Customer Success Manager, Courtney, and our Implementation Manager, Patrycja, has been incredible. They are always there to address any question we may have, making our journey very seamless.
Northpass has done a great job in creating an easy to use and manage LMS. The interface is very user friendly, reducing the learning curve for any administrators. The functionality and navigation are easy for anyone to set-up the content and get them live in no time.
Northpass has all the analytical tools that we needed, but I wish there were options to create more customized reports.
The mobile-friendly academy that is easy to navigate, has become an integral part of our daily courier onboarding flow. It is trully the easiest way to train the community.
Finally, the pricing structure is predictable and easy to understand, unlike competitors, where's pricing fluctuates based on learners active.

The only thing that we had a bit of trouble with was the lack of sandbox testing mode for the APIs.

Northpass has addressed and resolved challenges we had within our courier onboarding process. The platform has brought improvements, resulting in huge benefits for our courier operations team.
Before Northpass, the process was very manual, requiring lots of time and effort. With the implementation of Northpass we have freed-up more than 3 hours daily from our team. This helped the team focus on more strategic and value-added work.
The courses are now available on demand, allowing couriers to access them on their own time. This has led to a reduction of over 60% in onboarding times.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Skilljar is a great tool for companies. i use it a couple of times a week to learn about our product and its great that you can see your progress easily and it very clear and easy to navigate.

dont have anything negative about it as of now

helping me understand the product and helping me to do my job better. showing me mandatory trainings that i need to do, sales techniques, wellbeing courses etc
Best user experience for any online academy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for implementing reduced the amount of resources we had to allocate to this project. This platform is used daily by our end users and well as our internal employees. During implementation any time we needed support or hit a roadblock the Skilljar team was there to help us overcome it. Their new AI features will make content creation much easier and I really love their integration with our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less features for internal enablement use cases, though good enough if you're looking for a single platform for both internal and external. Would love to see features that allow us to assign reviewers as part of assignments/courses.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a solid platform creating and providing educational content in whatever capacity you may need. My account representative is always upbeat, helpful, and willing to provide as much support as needed. The platform is easy to use and their implementation team was fast and effective.

I can't think of anything at the moment.

It allows us to provide an educational platform we use to educate our clients. The interface is clean, intuitive to users and easy to navigate.
Standalone Learning Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively simple to use and learn it's administrative functions.
It can do most things that you would find in a LMS and can also help you create content.
Their customer support and account management is top-notch.
It can face internally and externally for both sets of clients.

They're still working out some of the functions but are always open to improvement ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It houses our training and records learning in a simple, easy to use platform. We can easily see who has completed eLearnings and instructor-led training. We can use the platform to build and deliver training which is nice.
Northpass is a Solid Choice!
What do you like best about the product?
Our Northpass Academy is easy to navigate from both an administrative and user perspective. What makes it even better are the team members, Nergis Tepeli, Marta Zagdanska, and Brian Bastante that we have consistenly worked with. Nergis has been extremely helpful and communicative as it relates to all of the questions and updates we've requested. The partnership that Northpass provides AgencyBloc is impeccable as they listen and evolve the product based off of recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of customization is concerning. My fear is having too much customizations could lead to repercussions down the road. We do not want it so customized, we can't turn back or implement new features or functionality. The filtering in the product could be better, but we are well on our way to make that happen with Nergis' help!

What do you like best about the product?
Having implemented a number of learning platforms in the past, it was truly refreshing to work with Northpass, a company and product in relative infancy. This means that they've been able to take a fresh look at how to make online learning simple yet engaging, that they take time to listen to their customers as they build out their roadmap, and they are not bound by archaic and ugly technologies that are difficut to evolve with the times.
With Northpass, I was able to realize the academy that we needed, without comprimise. We were able to look forward to what we wanted to deliver not just over the coming months, but the coming years - and we we able to build that prior to our launch.
Northpass may lack some of the administrative depth of the full-suite HR systems, but all of this is achievable through thier APIs, if you need it. Instead, Northpass allows you to put learning into the hands of those who need it, fast. The simplicity of the platform out of the box is its strength, and it's adaptability is its superpower. The last thing your learners need is to have to learn your platform as well as your content - we've only recieved positive feedback from our learners about the platform. Northpass is intutitive and through the liquid templates allows you to directly edit your pages and your static content.

This is fine if you're monetizing education, but it's hard getting executive sponsorship when your response to being quizzed on costs is that you can't give a definitive answer - it's very rare that you ever know exactly how many users or active users you'll end up having.
The implementation team delivered to our specifications, and their support team is responsive and take the time to explain when needed. Our dedicated CSM is awesome - always on hand if we need her, and is an advocates for our needs back into the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Things can occasionally feel a bit scrappy, but that's expected from a young company. The oproduct lacks a lot of bonus features that other vendors offer, but as the product grows I expect these to be even better from Northpass, who aren't dealing with pushing updates out on an older platform - or worse still, having to aquire them in to make end-user experiences disjointed.

Solid implementation for an easy-to-use but powerful customer-facing LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Skilljar understands customer education and has built an LMS designed for it. Their platform is easy to use. We had a smooth implementation process. We ran into some issues with smaller implementation pieces, but they were resolved via support. We did have one larger problem with native integration, but most of the problems originated in a third-party system, not Skilljar itself. Skilljar responded promptly and professionally to any issues that came up.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into a few issues with smaller implementation pieces, which were resolved via support. The specific knowledge base articles on those issues were missing some key information. So, they did get resolved, but took a little longer because the articles were inaccurate. We did have one larger problem with native integration, but most of the problems originated in a third-party system, not Skilljar itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to onboard new users and let existing users level up their skills. The platform makes creating and updating content easy, and the default experience for our end-users is good. They can easily navigate and find content to continue learning. The platform provides detailed metrics we can use to improve our content and can integrate with the systems we use for our certification program.

What do you like best about the product?
Northpass offers a platform that directly links our expertise and knowledge to customers. The setup was simple, and the support from our account manager, Nergis, was outstanding—constant communication and always helpful as we tailored the user experience. I appreciate how Northpass syncs with Hubspot, consolidating all our information in a single location.

Northpass is actively engaged in product development, and I'm excited about the forthcoming enhancements.
