Cloud-based Learning Platform for Rapid-creation and Professionally-developed Learning Programs!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Northpass LMS for over the last two years and are a happy customer! It provides us with a simple, easy-to-use learning management solution and toolset that allows our team to execute rapid-creation and professionally developed learning programs!
The Northpass help center has been very useful and we have always received excellent support and assistance from the Customer Success and Support Team. When reaching out to the Northpass support team, their responses are timely and provide the information we typically need to enhance our programs or resove our issues. Furthermore, because the solution is cloud-based - we have reduced our costs overall for the roll-out of an essential LMS for our business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of improvement can be within the learner and content creation dashboard, allowing for more organization of content user checklist and tracking, and multiple organization hierarchial views. Northpass may be a bit limited in the way we've handled some of course creation and execution of the training progreams (across and with access for multiple organizations) - may require some ongoing feature development but they added to the roadmaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass solves our core business benefit of leveraging a lower cost yet high-quality LMS solution, with good flexibility to build training programs we need for our customers and partners.
LMS for customer education
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and helpful customer support, integrations with other software, like Salesforce, the ability to add customers to view analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
The API is difficult to work with, it would be nice for there to be more built-in automation for reaching customers that are inactive or haven't logged in, more robust analytics

The team has been extremely helpful in keeping us updated on new releases and tailoring the services to what we need

Sometimes the platform is a little complex to get acquainted with - once you're used to it, it works smoothly, but I do feel there's a learning curve

We have transitioned our resources to Skilljar, which saves our client-facing team time from answering individual questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too much chrome and friction; I really want a more immersive learning environment but skilljar is too forward/present. I don't want learners to even know they are in a LMS. But some of that is on us and how we build our content. Wish we could force content full screen and it supported more scrollytelling

What do you like best about the product?
The support provided by our success manager and from the wider team has been second to none. They are consistently responsive to our needs, and the software is functional and easy to modify. Northpass has been instrumental in helping us build a culture of continuous learning and education.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the reporting functions to be not as user-friendly as the platform itself. I wish there were options to create more customized reports.

Intuitive LMS solution and high class support
What do you like best about the product?
The simple yet effective interface means you can quickly build courses and learning paths

The learning experience out of the box is a little bland
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to deliver blended learning solutions at a time when we needed them most. The rollout of our hugely important Toni&Guy Client Promise training program was a true success. In addition, we are now scoping plans to build out the platform to include career tracking and the Toni&Guy Passport.
Love the platform - super simple to use and very intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
I work at a healthcare software company and we were trying to find a way to distribute different tutorials to the different user-types of our product. The user roles feature within Northpass was a perfect fit! We can categorize our content based on the different user-types we're targeting, or the different versions of software they are using. I also like that you can create several different types of content, including quizzes. I think the way courses are set up is very intuitive for the users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything notable that I don't like about using Northpass!

We needed a learning site platform for our healthcare software users, and we needed a way to deliver different content to different user-types. Northpass is a great solution for us.
Simple Yet Powerful LMS
What do you like best about the product?
The Northpass LMS is straightforward, easy to use, and extremely flexible. Their well-documented and reliable APIs and webhooks have made integration straightforward and fast. The product is extremely stable, and their team is continuously working to improve and build an even better product that works with and for today's learner.
Their team has always been extremely helpful in answering any questions or receiving feedback that we have. Northpass pricing was also extremely flexible for our unique model...they're the only LMS that worked for our model, in fact.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have no complaints. There have been some minor gaps for our unique operating model, but we've been able to quickly fill them using the Northpass APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we focus on providing in-context training and resources, we occasionally need to provide self-paced training. Northpass makes this possible for us, while also still enabling us to make it context driven through learning paths and by triggering courses over time instead of assigning lots of material all at once.
Comprehensive LMS solution
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and intuitive. It's packed with features that make it a comprehensive, enterprise-ready solution for training and onboarding needs. The support team is really responsive and patient. I also love the regular updates to the product. Northpass consistently introduces new and valuable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features like the text editor that are still a bit rough around the edges. The user management features are not as extensive as I would like but hopefully these get integrated into the product eventually.

We have used to deliver consistent and high-quality training to both employees and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can create the different modules.

Northpass is the first LMS I use as I am new to my role; however, I do not feel that I am missing anything major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the problem of organization and engagement. The newhires are much more engaged with training now and Northpass also serves as an excellent host for additional source material.
