Using Adaptive on regular basis
What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of score on dashboard and pass or not pass.
What do you dislike about the product?
How can we use Adaptive with our SIEM SOC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help for all misconfigurationinour SaaS settings. we didnot has this visioin before Adaptive.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to implement, & able to use verity of sources, espeacially with the new development of custom apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ability to custom the dashboard according to my personal needs.

Being able to have a clear picture of your security posture in SaaS and Private cloud services - Major game changer.

It provides great visibility of the status of the main security settings of our enterprise applications. We love the security posture score per application.
Comprehensive Cloud Security posture unification with Adaptive Shield
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Shield stands out for its seamless integration capabilities, connecting effortlessly with a multitude of services. What impresses us the most is its ability to audit these services comprehensively and present the findings cohesively. Its dashboard is a unified command center that aligns with various cybersecurity frameworks, offering clear and actionable insights. This cloud posture management tool not only simplifies our security protocols but also enhances our overall cyber resilience. It's an indispensable asset for any organization serious about their cloud security.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there's nothing to dislike. It has been an integral part of our security infrastructure, consistently meeting our expectations

Adaptive Shield has been instrumental in resolving a range of security gaps for our company. The primary problem it addresses is the complexity of managing security across various assets.
Adaptive Shield is an effective SaaS Security Posture Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The effective way of collecting data which gives you a wholistic view of what you have in your SaaS environments. The risk scoring of misconfigurations and its quick tips on how to remediate these detections makes it easy for you to hit and run with it. Talking of Integration, it has very easy of implementation integrations and very seamless with efficient Customer Support. This is a tool I use everyday for monitoring my SaaS applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coverage of applications they cover seems to be limited. However, I know there are works ongoing to include additional apps in scope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Shield is giving us a wholistic overview of all configuration gaps and security risks around our SaaS applications, Cloud Environments, Identities, Devices and Data. From a single pane of glass, you are able to see the posture of all SaaS applications with granular details on misconfigurations, the risk and impact is has in your environment with details steps on how this can be remediated. On Devices and Identities, Adaptive shield gives you detailed information on who is accessing which application with which device. This also helps in monitoring user access to applications, their permissions and related risks that has to be remediated.

The system is very user freindly even in term of connecting integrations and understading the use of the different features, support team are super responsive andalways making sure to find solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all integrations are relevant for our company and it would be great to have more options. In addition,it would be great to support more frameworks such as PCI.

The amount of content is great, many security checks that go deep into the configurations of many tools we have.

The GUI can have some improvememnts, some small adjustments

It reviews the security issues in many of our tools and recommends how to remediate them.
That's helping us a lot to track the security posture in our SaaS and track externally exposed content.

Allows us to analyze information critical to the company in order to solve such and other security problems
Adaptive Shield SSPM Review
What do you like best about the product?
Using this SSPM tool for a few years, Adaptive Shield folks are amazing and dropping new integrations regularly. With Adatptive Shield in place, we have one single plane of visibility for all SaaS apps. Also, the product team seems do care about the customers and drop features when asked that make sens. The checks are meaningful and relatively less to no false positives.
I also like the idea of having the visibility of installed apps in various SaaS applications where one can see riskly applications with overly set permissions.
Device and User inventory are super useful.
The implementaiton of the tool was really stright forward. I would say the customer service folks are really supportive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having dedicate support portal will help to track created ticket which is now being managed via emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its hard to review each SaaS applicaitons configuration drift one at a time, even though it can be done but its still point in time and not continous. Also configuration various from one SaaS to another. Adaptive Shield automates this and doing the heavy lifting for us. Security and SaaS admin can only focus on drift alerts.
Easy to use and monitor
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Shield lets me see and view checks I normally would never be able to see without consistently working in those SaaS applications. I am made aware of security checks and also given remediation steps for each check. The UI is easy to work with and very easy on the eyes given the different color pallettes.
The bi-weekly meetings with my customer support manager also help me a lot and I learn something new everytime. It's a great way to keep track of our security checks and new features in Adaptive Shield.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI (specifically security checks tab) has a lot of room for improvement. It feels like you are trying to fit in every possible filter on one screen and it's a little too much in my opinion. I would suggest maybe hover drop downs or something else that doesn't require a secondary click but also won't overwhelm me with the amount of options possible. I think also allowing us to view security checks via the integrations tabs makes sense. There's a lot of times where I just want to view security checks for 1 integration but I don't understand why I can't access it via the integrations tab instead of going to every security check and filtering for that 1 app.
Additionally, please allow us to remove certain columns in the security checks that take up too much space on the screen and allow me to focus on other filters we beleive are important (e.g., remove security domain so we can see "Created By")

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving vulnerability checks within IAM and other visibility problems we have had within our SaaS applications. Inactive users, priveleged roles, and other policies that should have been configured are now being brought to our attention.
