What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Adaptive Shield for 2 years, and it has been incredibly helpful. The platform aids us in reviewing all of our SAAS misconfigurations and weaknesses, providing comprehensive insights. It not only identifies vulnerabilities but also offers step-by-step guidance on how to address them. The tool is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly. With numerous new improvements and features added recently, Adaptive Shield continues to enhance its capabilities. 2 years with Adaptive Shield: SaaS security on autopilot. Misconfigs vanished, weaknesses mapped, fixing made easy. Constant upgrades keep us ahead of the wave. 5/5, hands down.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major gripes - Adaptive Shield has been pure sailing for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Misconfig challenges solved: Adaptive Shield highlights vulnerabilities and guides me through step-by-step fixes, eliminating security spelunking!
Proactive peace of mind: This platform not only spots weaknesses but predicts them. Continuous upgrades keep me ahead in security.
User-friendly magic: Adaptive Shield sets up effortlessly, seamlessly integrating with most SAAS platforms
Prompt customer support: Whenever there's an issue or query, the support team responds quickly and efficiently, ensuring swift resolution

What do you like best about the product?
The security checks and the web interface !
What do you dislike about the product?
device Crosschecks is not optimal, and could be really better.
The Web interface reactivity. Could be more reactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It show us the Cloud missconfiguration !
It permit us to identify which users don't have a device assigned and compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
with AS i can manage saas security risk better and prioritize remediations for each app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prob this is the only feedback i could think of but many important apps that not supported atm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me prioritize saas risks and mitigate them quickly.
save time and reveal blindspots.

What do you like best about the product?
Observability - the ability to put a light on the things you didn't know you don't know.

Accessibility - by getting the step-by-step remediation and the user/entity/policy affected makes the process a lot more friendly to fix or review

Customer Support - either the TAM/CSM to the regular support, the time span it takes to address the issue and the length of the team going in order to help is truly impressive.

Ease of Implementation / Ease of Use - they have really good documentation on everything you need to know and update them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
the app runs a check every x amount of time (depends on the app itself in order to not cause workload and affect the day-to-day operation). When you fix something, the only way to get immediate feedback is to wait for the next run or restart the integration.

if there was an ability to re-scan specific chacks in integration instead of waiting or restart the integration I think I didn't have anything "bad" to say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts to light a lot of things we are not necessarily aware of or have forgotten about, gives clarity about what can/ should be done and, more importantly, how to fix it.

What do you like best about the product?
Security checks for SaaS applications. This helps a lot if the company are going to purchase a new SaaS app, then we can quickly integrate it and get info about the Security setup. This is also relevant to already used SaaS apps.

In all, AS provides a great overview of your environment, this is both the Windows environment (as we use) and other environments, plus SaaS apps. Easy to integrate, click click click, wait and done, what's not to like?

Their Customer Support are always ready to help and they always go the extra mile to be sure everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have no RACI model for their integrations. This could be helpful for their customers, but I understand that it's not all that are going to use it in AS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing better overview for Security settings of different SaaS apps that you might not know. Giving guidance on how to solve the Security check.

What do you like best about the product?
A security specialist costs 200USD/Hour and he “knows” that I have spent 6 months cultivating all the settings.
(6 months x 150 hours x 200 USD = 180.000 USD)
But by using a cheaper resource at the cost of 100 USD / Hour (A non-specialist technician)
(6 months x 150 hours x 100 USD = 90.000 USD)

Add the price of Adaptive Shield
23.500 USD

Total for a fantastic solution 113.500 USD vs. 180.000 USD for year 1

Furthermore the system is constantly being updated with integrations and the setup is straight up easy to use when Complinace/Governance asks for information
Include the fact that I can't check all the different settings so an update could reset some of the settings. This is handled in the score per app, or per tenant.

It is a SAAS solution that comes with a standard setup so we use it almost every day.

Lastly, great support that listens to our needs and suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get addicted to it. We can't avoid using it for "State of the union" within our complex environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perspective, helping answer Compliance and Governance questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it pretty much every day; It is an easy-to-navigate GUI, usually straightforward with integrations, and a great source of truth to find gaps in my business infrastructure.
The customer support is also great, and I feel like I get personal attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations require the highest level of permissions, and some are just annoying integrations that require extra steps to connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stuff like shadow apps on mail clients, obviously security posture for my organization on sensitive apps like Salesforce, Netsuite, Gdrive, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
Using Adaptive Shield is like switching on the light and see the work you have to do. Sometimes you might think that it is more work if you see more but what helps a lot with Adaptive Shield is that the customer support team helps you to prioritise the workload. You also get new features very easy so that you can improve your SaaS environment. The implementation is very easy and you have a very good knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
By now I don't have thinks which I dislike on Adaptive Shield. The problems are on the customer side because when you find vulnerabilities you have to fix them.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool that offers a number of features that enable our organization to address security flaws promptly. It is much easier to integrate and the customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it is a very useful tool and I have no difficulty using it since it is very user-friendly. There is one thing I noticed: updating the remediated security checks takes some time. It would be better if the duration were shorter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Org has many use cases after the use of AS, so it is a good tool that identifies the security issue with a remediation plan that much easier for us to fix and move on.
