Good product for Managing Devices Small or Big industries
What do you like best about the product?
We are using this for managing mobiles in MDM and adding one template removing fromremote adding in remote much more
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not support IOS mode not woking only works on Android

we areusing for controlling picking devie like zebra and adding in one template and intalling

We are using this product from last 3 yrs and has has good features for managing Templates adding device and controling devices

this website not support for mobile view we have to view in desktop mode.

This help us for more adding device and managing apps installation or deletion made easy for us remotely.
It is tech friendly, easy to access, and device are easily remoted to resolve any query.

Its very friendly and easy to use we can add all device in sigle template and manage diffrent groups adding them in sigle groups.

The survey requests I mention ease of use, for a technician or anyone with a bit of IT knowledge its very easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a reporting archive of some sort, I simply might not have seen it, but i would like the ability to pull a report on each device to see how it has performed and how the user handled the device over a period of about a month or more.
We have had some of our devices behave strangley , brightness and volume settings change for example without the user making the changes (the settings are locked out of the users reach)
Accessibilty settings are still accessable even when the device is locked out, I understand this is a feature built into the android API but I would like a means of preventing accidental activation of settings like the Narrator funtion for example.
